This beach hotel is located 1 km from both the city centre and Damlataş Cave, around 8 km from the Castle of Alanya and 200 m from Kleopatra Beach. The hotel is approximately 120 km from Antalya Airport.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 64 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock.     Unfortunately, this time the hotel room, bed linens, and bathroom were extremely dirty and infested with bed bugs. My wife and I developed severe allergic reactions on our bodies. You changed our dirty room unwillingly and with obvious annoyance. I have taken photos and will share them on all review websites.At the time of check-out, I showed my hand to the young lady at the reception, and she also saw that I had become ill because of the contamination and uncleanliness of the room.A Very Bad and Unsanitary Stay That Made Us Sick

    We stayed at this hotel for 6 days, and both my wife and I developed a skin condition because of bed bugs in the bed and the dirty bathroom. I would never recommend staying here just because of the low price, because you may get sick. The hotel is very old and dirty.never com back it's very old and so dirty 😷😵‍💫Unfortunately, this time the hotel room, bed linens, and bathroom were extremely dirty and infested with bed bugs.     This is certainly not an all inclusive hotel. You have to pay for WIFI in your room per device!!! Only free WIFI in the lobby and ONLY the lobby, does not extend to the restaurant or outside areas. You have to pay for a mattress to use the sun loungers at poolside. The pool is green all around the bottom edge. The bar if you can call it a bar only serves beer which is weak and not nice or Gin and Vodka that is it for all alcoholic inclusive drinks! We ended up going to the local stores and buying our own alcohol just so we could enjoy a drink at the hotel. The food is dreadful and just not nice. serving the same sort of stuff everyday, we ate out 4 night out of the 7 of our holiday just to get some good food. We paid way over our budget with extra food and drink costs and just not really wanting to be in the hotel. Even to use the facilities at the beach that the hotel staff point you to is a joke and you have to pay to use sunbeds and pay for ALL drinks weather you have a wristband on. The bin in our room was overflowing as the room wasn’t tended to for 3 day straight and the room is awful to say basic is an understatement. The beds are hard, the taps in the shower and sink are badly marked and I think are corroding, the shower is a blob of water rather than shower jets and the furnishings have huge chunks missing out of it. Early wake up call at around 5/5.30AM from a loudspeaker calling locals to prayer. And the smell from the sewage area just about tops it off with the great big juicy cherry! My advice is don’t book to come here. We couldn’t wait to leave!

    We booked a 20-night stay at this hotel and have already completed 10 nights of our stay. Our experience so far has been excellent.The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff serve fresh and high-quality food. The overall atmosphere is calm, organized, and pleasant.The sea-view rooms are very beautiful, featuring great balconies with stunning views. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable.Considering the price, the level of service is truly excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good value, comfort, and a relaxing stay with a great view.
