    Wow what an amazing host bulent is .. he is super helpful ..we had an experience in a different hotel and he come to the rescue and sorted out everything including relocation to the lovely charming konak hotel .. amazing host with a great room with no extra cost ..

    We stayed there for a week and it felt being at home. The place is clean and the atmosphere is very good. The breakfast is a wide variety of tasty food. You can help yourself to tea and coffee any time you want. The owner and the staffs are all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend the hotel. And the location is perfect. Thank you for everything.

    Hotel not too bad, very basic, Shower didn't work. But the worst thing is it is situated opposite a bar which plays very loud music well into the very early hours of the morning. Also no choice at breakfast, apart from you eat it or you don't. Would I stay here again - no

    I did this reservation through a third party and the host was very confrontational with my attempts for a solution. Insulted me saying I wanted a free stay when I only paid 27 dollars a night. Unfortunately, one of the blankets had dry pus and blood and as I work in this Industry, I know is basic that every hotel should inspect rooms upon any check in. The service was very good and the staff friendly, but a bloodborne pathogen issue could happen because I don’t know whose blood is and this is very unsafe. Again, service was great overall, but cleaning should be taken care of more carefully. Not a place I would reccomend for a traveler looking for a good experience. Refunds are not solutions for these problems. As a manager from a AAA 5 Diamond Hotel that is Trip Advisor Ambassador, I do not reccommend this place.

    we stayed in Konak hotel, it has excellent location it’s in the heart of Kaleiçi with walking distance to everywhere, staff are friendly and rooms are good.one bad disadvantage about the staff they can mislead you for advice, they advised me to go to pamukkale on our own to save money, than we ended up paying twice than with organised tour. Breakfast was good, all home made fresh turkish food. not all rooms are good, we first had small room, than we requested another big one, this was good but all toilets are so small.overall, it’s a good place for low budget holiday.
