    A make shift mirage upon entering. Got charged for a breakfast that was prepared in 2 minutes. Limited cutlery, no variety of food. Bread still in crates. Only water melon was fresh. The room appeared to be outdated and oversized furniture that felt claustrophobic. Bathroom was horrendous!!!!! Shower had reminisce of the last 500 showers on the floor(see pic below)had to shower with a had towel on the floor. Loose tap fixtures. NO mini bar fridge as advertised. A Flintstone type bed, suited for Wilma. Pool was lovely. Surrounded by dying flower beds! Reception staff: unskilled and uninformative. Room service, stained bedding wasn’t changed, and no towels in hotel. We where questioned for every request, from cleaner towels to paying for late checkout. And refusal to allow baggage storage. Bellman: nonexistent. No assistance in our checkout, to and extent a taxi driver had to assist us.

    Here is not hotel at all.Its looks like dorm .Room facilities are under standard services.No hotel educated or trained employee, employees are like a super market employees.Even the manager is not experts.Totally if you look for some cheap place to stay only is acceptable then.

    Worst stay and rudest host

    Staff and owner is rude and staff lies all the time and when u request something they will rudely say "I speak Turkish" whereas they do understand English but to avoid any task, they simply say that. There was no air conditioning working whereas its hot weather. No wifi in room, we have to come to the lobby everytime we have to use or else we use 4G and in lobby no AC. They charged us for water whereas thy didn't mentioned it earlier and they charged more than e market price. I stayed in turkey for 2 weeks and 4 hotels in total 3 cities and this hotel was my worst experience in my life. It made me go back to my home and shorten my stay in turkey. Breakfast isn't good,nothing was fresh and limited options. Didn't accept late checkout whereas there hotel was empty, and we have to stay in lobby with no air conditioning and then we left the hotel and spent our time in the mall. Receptionist "ygiz" was the worst any hotel can have. Ibrahim will welcome any guest by mentioning "I am the boss here" we are not concern who is the boss because we aren't his employer. We are staying and that's it. And that's what he thinks, his guests are not his client and he is proud as if he is prince Waleed or bill gates.
