Location

This exclusive hotel enjoys a stunning location on the hotel's long and well-kept sandy beach. It is around 3 km from Kundu and the centre of Antalya is roughly 30 km away. The transfer time to Antalya airport is around 20 min.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2023. The complex has a lifts and features 824 non-smoking rooms. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel doctor. A business centre with projector is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a sofa bed. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. Meals

Dining facilities include a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. At breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the delicious buffet or order a set menu for dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Hotel Amazing but not for me

    Hotel and grounds are amazing. Enough areas to do different things. Quiet pools to relax. Busier pools with activities . Water park etcDrinks menu at bars excellent including bars serving themThe reason for only 4 stars is down to the main restaurant it’s an absolute nightmare. Food cold struggle to get clean table. This morning all 4 coffee machines out of order. Then it’s full of guests who act like they have every right to get whatever food is there before you and ignoring the queueing system. Plates full but still want more knocking you out of the wayThis was made more pleasant by using the À la carte restaurant. No complaints on the Turkish and Marine ones at all. Thanks to Guest relations for actually giving us more usage as a surprise. This hotel could be absolutely amazing but to me it’s not catered for towards English. As I was told by a couple of Guest. THIS IS OUR COUNTRY AND YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE. This was due to my Two young daughters entering the pool in the same manner as every other guest. The Family took an instant dis like. And went straight in on my children. Bear in mind they chose to sunbathe two foot away from the main area were children play and demanded no one to splay and make no noise. As they also screamed in my kids face you do not disturb us. (They only jumped into the pool in 37 degrees)It’s also very difficult to communicate with the bar staff when ordering as most can’t speak English. You can see them hide when they see you coming.

    This was our first trip in Antalya with our baby. We enjoyed our time, the food was really enjoyable. The resort was clean, and overall the staff were kind. A special mention to Yaren from guest relations who went above and beyond to help with all our needs with the baby. Although the start of the the trip was a little rocky with booking issues Yaren made sure we were comfortable throughout the wait.
