    It's a terrible hotel, there are cockroaches in all the rooms. I booked for 4 days, stayed one night and left. It's disgusting, I wouldn't recommend it.

    We stayed there in June 2024. 35 to 40 euros a night per room bed and breakfast. Would stay there again. Clean; helpful staff. It had a small pool which was good for children but not for proper swimming. Quite close to the seafront where beach clubs dominate all but 100 metres of the shore. We used the facilities in one in exchange for paying about double the going price for a few drinks. Mosque call to prayer at about 4.45 am. Prayers that its amplifier system would fail were unsuccessful.

    Its a good choice for a budget hotel ,centrally located in Kemer . Breakfast was good enough . Shower and the room itself was so small . AC was good . Owners are a friendly family but service was ok . Recommended for budget travelleres.

    Pros: My stay at the hotel Kutberk was really pleasant because of trully caring and hospitable staff - they know all the solutions for every problem you might have. Cosy and clean environment. Extremely good meals! No Russian clients.Cons: there is no wi-fi at the room. They do not have arrangement for staying at the beach, so it means you have to pay if you wish to use umbrella and sunbed at the beach. This place is not for those who are looking for luxury but want to feel turkish hospitability and are satisfied with simplicity.

    This hotel is a reasonably priced option. It is well positioned, clean and tidy, with helpful staff.You will not find any luxury or frills but it does the job it is intended to do (for me at least) - a bed and a wash - and does it well. The beds are reasonable and there is no loud music late at night/early in the morning. However, if that is what you are after, the main bar/club area is about 5 minutes walk. Overall, we had no complaints, but it was nothing to write home about (well, maybe it was, in comparison to some other Turkish hotels we stayed in!). I have given it 3 rather than 4 based on the grade descriptions - I'd say it was good, but not 'very good', so I opted for average.
