    WORST HOTEL I’d RAVER LIVE IN A TRASH BIN

    So bad and the staff didn’t even look bothered cause my little brother got stuck at the electric door spinner but this girl came and pressed the emergency button and I screamed in shocked. They were so rude at dinner time that were being harsh to my anut.My brother was crying in the reception and they got angry on said shush.The room was horrible.The shampoo dispenser wasn’t working.SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY THE WORST HOTEL.

    The hotel was constructed as a proper 4 star hotel, but looked as if it is no longer managed like one. The furniture was a bit dusty and old, Lighting overall was very low in the halls, and only bedside lamps in the room, no other light. Swimming Pool was not functional, and gym and everything closes by 10pm. The hotel reception kept my dollar change for two day’s and still couldn’t arrange the change in full and eventually gave me a mix of dollars and liras and liras rate they used wasn’t the markets rate.

    Not the best of hotels even though there was alot of potential. No lighting in corridor and 3 lamps in bedroom. No iron in room. Paid to have an item ironed for a cost but item was returned to room unironed twice. Bath water was not draining properly also bath was not cleaned daily. I nearly slipped and banged my head due to soap scum. I mentioned this to hotel staff on day 1 but nothing got done about it.Most staff had no knowledge of surrounding areas. Hammam was basic even though great facility. I booked few days in advance but on the day they overbooked and wanted me to come back later which i refused. I was rushed and did not enjoy it one bit. The only good thing was the buffet breakfast, it was great, fresh everyday Overall, not worth the money i paid for this hotel.

    Overall it was okay value for money but had too many problems to not write a review, nothing good to type as they are things that are the bare minimum.Pool terrace didn’t even openSpa was closedWifi was shocking - had to use data Room floor was filthy not been hoovered / changed for yearsAir con was on life supportStaff said they’d do stuff then not do it like an extra key cardDoor wouldn’t lockNo ‘do not disturb’ sign so housekeeping just came in whenever gym needs a refurbishment

    I was totally baffled by the some of the poor reviews left by previous guests. The hotel was amazing, large spacious room with two balconies, free water and coffee. The food was excellent for breakfast and evening meals The staff worked above and beyond. The hotel exceeded my expectations.
