    The experience was very bad in this hotel. Firstly, the staff were very unwelcoming. We than went to our room which was obviously very hot, and we noticed there was only 1 AC in the whole apartment, we could not find the remote so we went to the reception for help and they stated we had to pay £60 for it. We payed for the remote and turned on the AC, which was in bad condition. Me and my family (4 people) had to sleep and sit in one room because it was the only one with air conditioning. Secondly, we found the bedsheets and the blankets to be dirty with holes in them. Thirdly, the hairdryer had a wire sticking out which was near the sink, which i find very unsafe. The insulator in the bathroom was not working and there was no windows, therefore it would get very stuffy after taking a shower. Lastly, 5 days after staying there they were discriminatory towards us. Me and my kids came back from outside and we were asked about our room number by the receptionist for no reason when waiting for the elevator, and I noticed that nobody else in the lobby had been asked this question other than us. He than proceeds to look us up in the system and states he is asking this question for 'security', and when we asked what kind of security he does not explain. We have been treated like this even though we respected all the hotels policy and did nothing wrong or suspicious. I took photos as evidence for the things I talked about. We were extremely unhappy with our stay in Lavinia Apart hotel.

    We booked this hotel via Apollo. And the first impression was fine for the price. The hotel staff was the nicest and most understanding people’s on earth. The first room we got was the A/C broken. And with no discussion, we got another room instantly. The food here at the hotel was delecious and nothing to complain about! We had a nice holiday here at Lavinia.

    I only stayed here one night but the room was fine and well matched to the price. It is a basic hotel but the room was clean with fresh bedding and towels. The reception staff were friendly and you could enter the hotel any time as we were given an electronic key fob.

    Bought this hotel cheap, and didnt expect much - got even less! We have been to Alanya numerous times, and thought we were well prepared. Arrived after midnight and came to an empty reception. Could hear the receptionist arguing with someone on first floor. Didn’t think much of it, just wanted the key to our room as we were tired for travelling. Got the key, and the bedroom was so small, that the person sleeping away from the door literally had to roll over the other person sleeping closest to the door, to get out of bed and out of the bedroom. As we are 2 friends travelling together, this was not at possibility. Complained and got another room. Wanted to go to the bathroom before going to bed, and thought that the lack of toiletpaper and soap for washing your hands was a slip from housekeeping. NO. You had to buy toiletpaper at 10 tl pr roll! Thought that this was a joke, but they were serious. Rooms are old but functional. Beds OK. Cleaning was horrible, we couldn’t use anything from the kitchen before we had cleaned everything ourselves. Bedsheets were changed once ind 14 days. Noticed that they just switched our sheets as there were a spot on on sheet that suddenly were on the other bed. On top, rooms are very hot. AC only in bedroom, and so old an small, that you have to close the door to the bedroom about 30 min before going to bed just for the room to cool down just a bit. You also need to keep the door closed all night long, otherwise the room til get too hot, even though the AC is right over the beds. AC is horrible overpriced - 56€ for a week!Worst of all - the key to our room was able til open several other doors. We didn’t try it on rooms that were occupied, only rooms that housekeeping left open, plus rooms with people we knew. Confronted management who were very rude and wouldn’t listen at all. After showing them they explained it with a lost housekeeping-key that had accedently been given out to us. Others guests had trouble with their keys, at without asking any questions, they were also handed a general pass key! Only pleasant part of our stay was the manager of the pool-bar. Always polite and served decent food. Pool itself is very small and recites in shadow most of the day. Only about 3 hours of sun by the pool daily. All in all - we made the best out of our stay, but will not be coming back, and will not recommend it to others.

    We stay there one week. No cleaning, no wc-paper, no clean towels, no clean bed linens, no garbage disposal. It was promised on the tour operators website. It wasn't True. Terrible. Only hamam was good. Newer that place.
