    Bath towels were stained, breakfast was extremely limited, outside garbages were overflowing and dog waste was in the parking lot (watch where you step). What you described falls short of the standards we aim to provide, and I appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.First and foremost, I’m truly sorry to hear that the bath towels in your room were stained. Cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities, and what you encountered is unacceptable. We have since addressed this with our housekeeping team to ensure all linens are thoroughly inspected and replaced if they do not meet our quality standards.I also apologize for the limited breakfast selection. While we strive to provide a satisfying start to the day, we clearly missed the mark in offering the variety and quality you were expecting. Your comments have been shared with our breakfast team, and we are reviewing options to expand and improve our offerings.The condition of the exterior grounds including overflowing garbage bins and dog waste in the parking lot is also unacceptable and does not reflect the clean and welcoming environment we work to maintain. We have since increased the frequency of our exterior trash checks and are reinforcing pet area maintenance with staff to prevent this from happening again. Signage and disposal stations are also being evaluated to encourage responsible pet ownership by all guests.Again, I’m very sorry that your experience did not reflect the value and comfort we strive to provide.     Dirty and dingy and just plain unkept. The room looked like it had the minimal.amount of cleaning possible. Dirty Mirrors, toilet bowl jas rust lines, dusty headboard . Dirty snd dingy walls. The motel itself was also dkrty and unkept.     Adequate room but nothing else good. Rudest front desk clerk I've ever encountered, beds soft and could feel every movement by hubby. Tub in bathroom creaked so loudly every time we moved our feet, breakfast basic, decor very dated, room smelled.     This place is way overpriced for the amenities it offers. Food places are limited in this town in December and some closed earlier than their hours said they would. Checkin took longer than expected. The host was quick to help us when we had problems with the TV. Limited breakfast options. The place needs new bedding. Staff was helpful to offer weather tips after snow fell during the night. We appreciated that!     Great room clean quiet got in got to bed. Got to sleep repeat. Came from out of town for work. It was a last-minute reservation late at night was fast and easy check-in and the room was clean and best of all it was nice and quiet and I was able to sleep.
