This hotel is situated 50 m from the sandy Kucuk Beach in the quietest part of Side, surrounded by the ancient ruins and green areas. Guests will find the shopping centre only a few minutes’ walk away and Side also holds such attractions as the Side Museum, the Side Antic Theatre and the Apollo Temple, all within 500 m of the hotel. It is 8 km to Manavgat and the Manavgat Waterfalls and the Aspendos Amphitheatre is only a 20-minute drive away. Antalya Airport is some 65 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 2-storey building with a lift and 63 non-smoking rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected.     We arrived at 7.30pm and were given room 308. This room is situated above reception. Thats where it all went wrong! The reception is used 24 hours. Nobody is curtious that there are people asleep upstairs at 1am in the morning. They talk very loudly and slam doors every night. The bed clearly has been broken before as 2 feet were missing and there is a board under the mattress. Everytime you move on the bed it makes an horrendous noise. The pressure for the hot water is non existant either sink or shower. Tv has a news channel for the english thats it. We had breakfast and evening meal as we chose half board. We paid for our drinks in the restaurant each night but upon checking out were presented with a bill for some drinks. Wifi is 10euros but keeps losing signal so not great. Aircon is 45euros but didnt take that, tried to have windows open but again it was so noisy. Hotel is certainly ruled by german, hotel staff seem to look after them. Theres never a sunbed round the pool and dont get me started about when the bell goes for dinnertime!

    Immediately off to a bad start when we were placed in the wrong room and told we would “just need to move in the morning” meaning we spent a good amount of time alone moving rooms as we were told it wouldn’t be available until atleast 12pm. Bathrooms in the rooms are poor; broken lights, broken shower head and leaking. Also be aware that if you wish to shower you want to really hope no one else is also showering as you will be left with no water pressure and an ice cold shower. We had to have an engineer come out to fix out shower as it was only giving ice cold water. Additional to the rooms, walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING, multiple nights my partner and I were kept awake or woken too early in the morning. You have to pay if you want: a safe, aircon, wifi etc. Pool is not headed at all so if freezing and not good to use at this time of year even though it’s 24• currently. Staff in reception come across as rude. I was told to just leave my suitcase out in the open aswell as my hand luggage being told “it’s safe” when I have often seen reception unattended and it’s in the open. We were not informed until we signed out the room that dinner the night of the departure is NOT included so we had breakfast at 9am and we are now unsure trying to make a plan as to what to do about food as we will not land at home until 2am. Oddly enough. Dinner time was moved to 6:30pm tonight rather than 6 on the day for the departures of multiple families leaving around 6. Limited sunbeds I count 24 meaning we struggle to get a sunbed during the day so often come pool side around 3:30/4pm. Breakfast is not good, same thing everyday basically; there’s not fruit except orange slices, yogurt is lumpy, there are often no sweet option. It’s basically salad, 2 forms of cheese and 2 processed meats. Would NOT come back again thoroughly disappointed!

    Well where does one start the hotel shouldn't be called an hotel because basically it is just apartments. The lighting in the room was rather dim. Breakfast was ok but I have experienced better. I avoided extra costs they charge for almost everything! The latter proved to be a big mistake on the last day of my stay (unbeknown to me Love Holidays had two separate dates of departure) I arrived back to my room to find all my stuff gone. When I chased it up I lost some valuable pictures of my boat trip, my shower gel, toothpaste and brush, trainers and my binder which I keep magazine clippings in. Luckily I am cautious so took some things out with me, obviously weight wise I left stuff behind. At first I trusted the cleaner despite her coming in my room without permission to sell things for approx 10€, now after the last day of my stay makes me wonder if she is selling other guests belongings! All evening and the morning that followed I begged for the rest of my stuff to be told I took those items out with me and I was seen doing that on camera (I went out with my wheeled suitcase so how on earth could they see through my case????!!!!). I am appalled at the last day of my wonderful sightseeing trip which was spoilt by these greedy people. I borrowed a glass which I looked after ready for me to return and understandably that was gone on my return but the fact is I valued something of that belonged to them. I would seriously avoid this place because what was an amazing experience was ruined especially my pictures (I mean why?!!!) which cost a lot of money. I suffered so much stress my flight back was a disaster and I couldn't stop crying. Shame on this hotel. 😭😭😭😭😭
