Ideal for beach holidaymakers, families and singles, this resort lies in Lara, right by the sea.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2022. The complex has 441 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Other services include medical assistance, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. A business centre with fax machine and a flip chart and pens is available. Larger events can be organised with the help of the conference service.

Rooms

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features of the rooms. Rooms include a queen-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. A direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a baby bath. 4 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. 92 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The pool area, which includes indoor pools as well as outdoor pools, is the perfect to relax after a full and active day. There are also 2 pools just for kids. Pure relaxation in the hot tub (no extra charge), fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy on-site archery. For a fee, tennis is also available. The water sports offered include water aerobics. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards, bowling and squash. There is a wellness area with a sauna and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a spa, massage treatments, aromatherapy, cellulite treatment and a reflexology massage. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can dine in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant (a buffet and à la carte). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special is offered as a catering option. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, children's meals, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. Baby food is available for little ones. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as international brands are included.

    This is the 2nd time staying at this hotel, we enjoyed it so much last time we returned with family but it has unfortunately gone down hill.On arrival we were informed that they had to change our Seaview rooms to what they called family rooms, these are not suitable for young kids due to a large flight of stair to the room and an small flight within the room.There is also no baby changing facilities available within the entire hotel. Toilets are lovely and have plenty of room to accommodate baby changing facilities, instead they expect guest to change babies on floor or return back to your rooms.Last time they had fridges dotted around the resort with milk, water and ice creams available all day for the kids.but these have gone. Laila Snack Restaurant not open at all, leaving a large gap in the availability of your all inclusive food.Ice cream stall only open for a very short period of time.The food in the main restaurant is vast but sadly all very tastless, no British or kids meals on the menu. Grandson lived on fruit and chips no much else suitable for a 2 year old.Now for the positives.Fresh cook stand in the outside restaurant was lovely, some nice Indian dishesBar & restaurant Staff very helpful and attentive, I would give them 5*Pool area and play equipment are fantastic.Hotel has a nice atmosphere and is very clean.Entertainment at the amphitheatre was outstanding, shows amazing, expected these to be on every night but on 1 night this wasn't on, only Entertainment was in the live music bar. We had a great holiday but wouldn't rush back, feel it is more 4 than 5 star now, missing g those little touches that made it special.     The hotel is very clean, staff very friendly and great service. Food is good, lots if traditional Turkish food but the kids have struggled a little for choice, they’ve eaten ok tho. Location is good with kits outside of the hotel as well and the beach area is great and a lovely break from the pool area.
