  Good apartment hotel in the quiet district of Antalya

  For us the sleeping comfort in an accommodation is important and that was very good here. Comfortable bed, quiet environment, room temperature well possible. It was very clean everywhere and the fixtures are in good condition.The price-performance ratio is very good. We had two rooms plus bathroom and balcony, so we had a lot of space.The kitchenette had all the appliances and was almost fully equipped. Unfortunately, the kettle did not work and lacked tea towels and household roll. Regrettably, the intense smell of sweat that the couch set emitted in the living room considerably reduced the good impression. In the bathroom was washer and dryer available, which is advantageous for longer stays. However, there was also a lack of storage facilities here. The shower enclosure is not completely tight, which causes the floor to become very wet after showering and due to insufficient ventilation, the corner areas in the shower are already wet biotopes.The location in the Konyaalti district is good, the surroundings quiet. Due to a very large hotel building, which is located in the first row and new buildings in the second row, however, a sea view is no longer possible.Breakfast was simple and good.   Disappointing. We felt tricked.

  I had to use Google translate to communicate with several of the staff. A minimum for hotel staff should be to be able to speak fluent English.As for the facilities, there was a lot that was not right.In the description of our room it said that there was a pool view and that the room was on the 1st floor. Instead, the room was on the -1st floor, one floor below the lobby and had a view towards the wall of the neighboring building..There was a lack of hairdryer, bidet, dryer, safe, cleaning products, clothes rack, ironing equipment, toothbrushes, shower caps, baby gate. There were also no sockets in the kitchen, so it was difficult to use the air fryer/micro/toaster. These little things aren't the end of the world, but I don't understand why they lie about it being part of the room.We paid extra for this room with the promised pool view, and instead were led down to the basement of the hotel with the most tragic view I have ever seen.After we complained about this, we were fortunately moved up to the 4th floor where things were better, but there were several shortcomings in this room as well.During our 1-week stay, it is also the first time we have experienced that a cleaner has not come into the room and washed and replenished e.g. new toilet paper or towels. We had to go down to the lobby to ask about this ourselves.There is a washing machine, but no washing powder or dryer or any place to hang the clothes. Incredibly weak!All in all, a rather disappointing experience and I hope the room in the basement floor is not re-let to someone else before it is ready to be occupied.

  Lovely little hotel with great staff

  Great little Hotel. Rooms very clean. Staff very cheerful and very helpful. Central location. 2 minute walk to beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Had a great 3 relaxing 3 weeks. Will return.
