  I love this hotel - I have come back here year after year since when I was 14 (I’m 25 now) and continue to be impressed by the facilities, food and especially service! Food service happens throughout the day, serving a variety of food each day - you can never go hungry! Everyone who works here offers the best service, being polite and helpful when you need.   I had a great chance to spend my vacation in this beautiful all-inclusive style resort on the first coastline. From your room to the beach is maximum 3 or 4 minutes of walk. Obviously, I was really surprised with this beautiful resort. If I'll say it was great customer service, I wouldn't say nothing. Every day while you stay in this fantastic resort, you have a wonderful customer service, even for very little thing you will call to reception, they reacted immediately. All resort team - everywhere, on reception, on the beach, in the bar, in the restaurant, they are waiting for you, they are smiling to you, they're wants you to be happy, to be glad, and absolutely to see you again next time you will decide to go for vacation. Rooms are very clean every day, air conditioners working just excellent. Beach Is non-smoking and very clean. In the restaurant food is just amazing, tasty and there lots of choices for all kind of food,- vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, and famous Turkey pastries. Also, I need to say this is a very great choice for families with young age children. There is special place for small children, Child room or Child club, where parents can leave their child with a professionals, who will take care of your kids all the time you're busy on the beach or in the bar. Great and extremely friendly team on reception, - Mr. Mustafa, Ms. Dina, Ms. Faina, Ms. Daria, - they are taking care of you like you are a family member. Definitely they are speaking in your language, - English, Turkish, Ukrainian, Germany, Russian, Polish. My very special thanks to that great L'Oceanica Beach Resort team. 12 days of my vacation were so comfortable, healthy, with an excellent mood and energy. Thank you so much for great service!   A truly relaxing holiday

  I have been visiting this hotel for over 12 years and every time I choose it over the others. Some people call it “ home from home” but in my opinion, it is even better. The hotel and the rooms are constantly updated and maintained. They are clean, modern and specious. The territory is pleasant to walk about and well looked after. All the staff, including management, are very polite and always happy to help and resolve issues , if any. The hotel is located on the beach front and has its own very generous size beach with a bar serving food and drinks most of the day. The food deserves a special mentioning offering the variety of different dishes and cuisines, a rich choice of desserts and fruit. Always fresh and tasty. Entertainment will keep you and your kids busy.   Terrible experience and very dirty hotel

  This is a honest review and I rarely complain. I have been travelling to Turkey for over 20 years and been to various parts. This was by far the worse hotel that I’ve stayed in. We were absolutely mortified on the first day and asked to be moved to a different hotel by the travel agency. Unfortunately, this could not be fulfilled due to how busy the other hotels were here. So we had to stay the full five days. Firstly - the pictures on the website are incredibly deceiving. I have never stayed somewhere where it is so dirty. Our room was absolutely dirty, with blood stains on the sofa, cupboard, hair all over the toilet seat, hand prints on the wall. The list goes on.. but we felt sick and this is what led to us asking to be moved. Our travel agent asked the manager to speak to us around how we were feeling but this did not occur. Secondly - 95% of the guests are Russian. So if you’re not Russian, they don’t care. If you’re travelling from the UK, look elsewhere. I don’t think it is fair to say that this hotel is “on the beach”, not if you have to walk past a main road with cars. The beach is very neglected. The singers are all cramped and in close proximity to one another so there is no privacy. There are dog/cat remains on the sun beds and overall it’s probably one of the filthiest beaches I’ve been too. I personally would not give this a 5* - I’m incredibly shocked that it is. The service, cleanliness is absolutely poor and I would give this a 2/3* review. In terms of food, there is choice, but I found it very repetitive, and it’s the same things each day. The restaurant is very small for 1200 guests so if you don’t get there as soon as it opens, you may find yourself wondering around and looking for a seat.   Very good hotel, very close to the beach 100 m 2 min maximum, excelent food not repetitive. Very helpful and kint front desk staff almost all of them speaks english.
