Location

Situated on a main road, this resort is ideal for parents with children. It is located not far from the centre of Alanya. Public transport stops are just outside the door.

Facility

The complex was modernised in 2022. 1020 rooms are available to guests in a 6-storey main building and several auxiliary buildings. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the complex include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 16 lifts. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional facilities include a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a childcare service, medical assistance, 24-hour room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a page service. A business centre with a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be provided at no extra charge upon request. A safe and a minibar are also available. Satellite television and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrobes and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. Guests can also book 11 wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The complex offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including bocce, volleyball and archery. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis. With water aerobics or, for a fee, banana boat rides, snorkelling and parasailing available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example table tennis, darts, yoga and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards and bowling. The hotel offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include a hammam and, for an additional fee, a spa, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Third-party operators offer a spa, a sauna and beauty salon. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Guests can indulge their palates at the restaurant (smoking area, à la carte and high chairs). All-inclusive special can be booked. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are various offers, including a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A generous and varied breakfast buffet (also for early birds and late risers) guarantees a great start to the day. For dinner, guests can order à la carte.

    Booked Long Beach for a week. We were pleasantly surprised and had a fantastic holiday. Could not fault the rooms (beds very comfy!), food, entertainment amenities plus having warms slides and pools for our week was great. Special mention to the Turkish Alacart - the service and food was amazing! Also had a few niggles and the customer service team sorted this out quickly. Im not sure we would be return mainly because of the other guests! Just manners, pushing in and blatant lack of parenting (ie groups of children wandering alone at all hours around the hotel with phones). The Harmony restaurant at the back was calm and quiet and kept my sanity. Improvements for us would include - having separate smoking rooms and areas in the hotel. There was nothing worse smelling smoke in our room from a downstairs guest smoking on the balcony or when relaxing by the pool. Also a bit more control from management on kids in communal areas like the lobby - children playing football and volleyball at night whilst their parents were obliviously drinking and looking at their phones. I would recommend hotel if management could ensure that standards of behaviour are maintained.     Absolutely fantastic resort, most staff will go above and beyond to help if you ask or use a translation app. We stayed in a chalet which were very comfortable for our whole family. There more than plenty to do from 0 to 80 years old and can take the pace as you want.     Great Holiday - Fantastic hotel

    Had a fantastic holiday at Long Beach! The hotel facilities are amazing, there is so much to do and the children have loved their time here. There are so many waterparks and with the funfair all being included in the price it has been great.Room was amazing and cleaning staff always did a great job. The entertainment at long beach is amazing, the entertainment team work so hard doing activities all day and we really enjoyed the mini disco and evening entertainment in the amphitheatre. We are already planning a return very soon.
