    We had a disappointing experience at this hotel. During our visit a high school prom was taking place and the noise level was unacceptable and we had trouble sleeping .At this time there was no access to paying customers to fitness center or pool . I felt as though I was on lockdown with substantial police presence and altered access route to room. I was completely dissatisfied with how the staff handled our concerns in what I would say was far less than professional and somewhat confrontational manner. No offer of some sort of discount or compensation . I felt completed belittled and disrespected.Staff even suggested that I should not have booked at "convention center" and should have booked at alternate hotel. For me this is enough reason never to stay at this hotel again. I would advise anyone who wants to book a room at this hotel to call first to see if there is an event going on if they value their sleep and the amenities that they pay for.     We had a few minor issues with noise and an area in the room that was not clean but other than that it was nice! I’m sure if we would have reported it it would have been taken care of.     The location was very convenient for what we were looking for. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season.
