The hotel was built recently, in 2021. Guests have a choice of 43 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Hotel without a star we called it a hostel I left the place in 5 minutes Without refund. We had to go to another nearby descent hotel Their website pictures are false don’t believe what you see Absolutely Misleading advertising money trap for holiday makers and you can’t get refund #Booking.com and #Hotels.com shouldn’t do any business with this disgrace hotel

I made a reservation at Adalia Hotel through booking.com and canceled it 2 weeks before my stay, within the free cancellation period however they charged the booking fee after my cancellation. When I called them for refund, they didn't try to help and their attitude was so irresponsible and unacceptable. They didn't hesitate to tell me that they charged because it was technically possible on the system and they won't help me and asked me to solve my problem with booking.com although it was their fault. I recommend you to think twice before staying in this hotel. Avoid at any cost. / TURKISH: Bu otele booking.com üzerinden yaptığım rezervasyonu ücretsiz iptal süresi içinde iptal etmeme rağmen, iptalimden 2 hafta sonra kartimdan konaklama ücretini çektiler. Kendilerini aradığımda hiç yardımcı olmaya calismadilar ve "sistem kartınızdan cekmemize imkan veriyordu ki cektik, yapabilecegimiz bir şey yok, probleminizi booking.com ile çözün" demekten çekinmediler. Tamamen sorumsuz ve hiç profesyonel olmayan bir işletme yönetimi. Bu otelde kalmadan önce 2 kere düşünün.

I had flight from Antalya to Istanbul in morning so i changed my hotel from Side to Antalya I supposed that for a few hours it is better to stay in a 3dtar hotel but the hitel wasn't a 3star hotel it wasn't even A clean Inn Lock behind door was brooken and i put my suitcases behind door for securityBut location was very good

Location 10/10. Everything is available by foot. Many reastaurants, shopping malls, beach are near the hotel. Additionally Old City or Kaleiçi can be reached within 20 mins by walking. Moreover surroundings are safe, so that me and my friend could enjoy our night walkings.Transportation 10/10. Easy to travel with bus to any part of Antalya, including Airport and Bus terminalStaff 10/10. The personnel is attentive and professional. In addition to this, the staff is very friendly, and was able to solve out any problems in a short time.Cleaning 10/10. Towels, bed sheets etc. were cleaned.
