Location

The hotel is located in Konakli on the shore of a sandy beach with boundless crystal water. It is 13 km from Alanya and 113 km from Antalya Airport.

Facility

220 rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. A check-in/check-out service is available round the clock at the reception desk in the lobby. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel doctor. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Extra beds can be requested. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a hammam, a beauty salon and hydrotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a steam bath and massage treatments. A dance club offers fun and entertainment.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Special culinary options, such as vegetarian dishes, are also available. The resort also offers snacks. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    When we booked a trip to this hotel, it was honestly an experiment. Every travel agency tried to discourage us from going there with a child, but we still chose it because it was the cheapest option in July. Since we knew exactly where we were going, I cannot complain too much.However, the hotel is almost 100% occupied by Russian guests, and many of them behave as if everyone must speak Russian. We experienced situations and behavior that we had never encountered before.A very big issue is ventilation in the reception area. It is extremely stuffy, smells unpleasant, and there is almost no fresh air. At times it even made us feel nauseous.The food is very basic, nothing special. The main restaurant also has an unpleasant smell, but you can still find something to eat. There are very long queues everywhere, and clearly not enough staff.The best service was at the pool bar. The young staff there were friendly, polite, and professional, and we had a very pleasant experience with them.At the snack bar and at the beach, the queues are extremely long. Water shoes are absolutely necessary to enter the sea.During evening shows, a man comes selling popcorn and sweets, which are not included and must be paid for. Of course, children want them and insist on buying, although such things really should be included in an all-inclusive hotel.I would rate this hotel 2 stars, mainly because we knew what to expect before coming. We did not expect such a high number of Russian guests, and it was something we had to tolerate.

    DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! I simply cannot understand how people give this place a good review. Apart from everything stated below the worst part I can name on this holiday is when I was given RAW chicken so I took it to the person cooking it and he took it from me looked at it LAUGHED and then it in the bushes! The location is okay however a 20 minute drive from any decent restaurants (which are needed as the food is absolutely disgusting). The atmosphere of the place is uncomfortable with staff being rude and unwelcoming. The staff on reception make it seem like a chore to even speak to you let alone help you. Staff around the resort are also all uncaring and rude especially in the food hall. We had payed extra for a room upgrade after having read some of the reviews and thought we may get something half decent however they stank of warm sewage and there was sand all over the floor. Walls had been half painted and some areas just filled and left. The main bedroom lights didn’t work. The bathroom was humid and mouldy smelling, tiles all cracked and towels ripped and unchanged in the 10 days we were there. The beds were odd and one had an okay mattress the other had one where the springs where literally poking out, so we went to reception where we were greeted with a dodgy look and resulted in a lady coming up pulling the mattress off and placing a couple towels underneath and calling it a day. (I wish I was joking) There is no value for money as this place is extortionate for what it provides. Having looked at other hotels in the same price range and spoken to other people in different hotels it was clear that we couldn’t have possibly booked a worse hotel. The whole site smells like sewage however the pool bar stank of vomit!! It was absolutely disgusting the drinks were all vile, glasses were filthy. Having your dinner on the evening can be described as one of the most stressful times of the day. The music they play in the food hall itself is SO LOUD you can’t even hear the person next to you. None of the foods labeled and IF you get a table there is rarely any cutlery and to make things worst if you ask a member of staff they just shrug their shoulders and say get it from another table which would be fine if the place wasn’t absolutely RAMMED. After seeing another woman get cutlery off a different waiter I also asked and he reluctantly leaned behind the counter and got some (I asked for 11 sets and he gave me 4). As well as loud music in the hall when you go outside to the tables they play super loud dance music which isn’t what you want when you’re eating your dinner. Can’t say I’m more gutted, if it wasn’t for seeing my family I hadn’t seen if 11 years I’d easily say this was the worst holiday I’ve been to.

    Salmonella!!! Vile filthy hotel with rude staff

    Do not stay here, rude staff, filthy rooms filled with mould and exposed wiring. Massive queues to get a drink, lift broke down when I was in it, someone presumably housekeeping entered the room and left the door wide open. To top it off everyone travelling with me (6 of us) all contracted salmonella and we only ate at the hotel so 100% from there. It was vile never again! Do not waste your money.

    The hotel is really nice. Don’t u derstamd the reviews. The staff are courteous and helpful. The food is healthy and has a vast variety also the rooms are clean and very lovable. Ok the beach front loungers could be doing with an uplift. We are the only British hear but so what. The views are good and the environment around it is excellent. Don’t be out of with the nasty nick pickers of reviews
