  A house I want to go back to.

  We vacationed with our husband and two grandchildren (ages 10 and 9) at Mediterra Residence from October 25 to November 1. This is just a great option for those who prefer independent vacation. From the photos and the video reviews, I knew this was what we needed. And when I talked to Sergei, the owner of the residence, even if there was any doubt, like, whether we should rest for a week at the hotel, they were gone for good. Both my husband and my children enjoyed everything, we didn't want to leave, although we had new places ahead of us, because our journey didn't end there. And now to what we were so happy with. Location in the center of Kemer, but in a quiet street, the car was left right outside. The sea is close. Enclosed, well maintained area, citrus fruit-bearing trees (tangerines were eaten directly from the tree). Lovely big swimming pool(the water is cool this time of year, of course, but the kids were ready to splash in it from morning to night and did splash 😁). Large gazebo with huge table and dishes, barbecue on wood, coals and separate on gas. The company sits in the evening. And the house itself, which has 7 apartments, is very nice! Everything is finished with natural materials and outside and inside everything is competently planned, cozy. Mattresses are gorgeous, sleeping is a pleasure. Lots of room to arrange things. There's a safe. The kitchen is complete. And stove, and oven, and microwave, and dishwasher. Not to mention small appliances, crockery and cutlery. In general, everything is high level and for the convenience of guests! Yeah, and there was another place for the kids to hang out all the time - the gym. And there you go, ping-pong, air hockey, table football, trampoline. And for adults, exercise equipment and a sauna. And another of Mediterra's greatest assets is people. Sergei himself is the host and the administrators are Alla and Sergei. Big bow to them! Alla and Sergei began to surround us with care even before they arrived. We had a delayed flight, we got there quite late. And Alla bought us groceries. Met us on a street corner so we wouldn't get lost. Soulful, sympathetic people.   Lovely home. Perfect for relaxing. Everything is clean, beautiful and cozy, both in the house and in the yard; the house has all the comforts. Masters Alla and Sergei are kind souls.   Family and friends holidays!!

  We were on holiday with our son and friends (family) in Mediterra Residence and were very pleased. We had separate apartments on the ground floor with access directly to the pool - this is convenient, especially when relaxing with teenagers. This format allows each family to live their own life, but still relax together. Very good location of the villa, you can walk to the sea in a few minutes, nearby restaurants, shops and shopping streets.The apartments are equipped with a kitchen, which has proved to be a great advantage: you can cook your own food or heat the finished food - convenient for those on a diet or with children.Separately, I want to mention Alla and Sergei, who look after the villa. Very friendly and attentive, they helped us with the delivery and told us where best to buy products and how to navigate the spot.The hotel is great not only for family vacations, but also for the company of friends or several families who want to vacation together.   The apartment is spacious, clean, modern furniture and appliances. The villa area is well-kept, all around greenery, flowers, fruit trees, beautiful views. It's five minutes to the sea in a slow step. Very successful location relative to the sea, shops, cafes and entertainment. Thank you for your hospitality!   For the first time, I catch myself thinking that by writing a good and honest review in all senses, I will do myself a "bearful favor")). From the category - "go after" and the space itself will not be enough next time in the beautiful Mediterre 😂Well, seriously, everything is really good here!!! Here's a straight five - 5🌟Believe me, there's a lot to compare...It's not the first time we've come back here for a month and a half every summer. It is in Mediterra and nowhere else. Choosing between extremely unbudgeted luxury hotels now and Meditera - always the choice falls in favour of the latter. Ideal for family and for a comfortable stay, unattached and with all the benefits👌The fact that the holiday will definitely come together, you understand when you meet Sergei - the educated, welcoming owner of the villa! Proficient in several languages, friendly in every action. Never leave no help and always fix any problem🙏Thank him so much for giving us such a great holiday once again!There is also a wonderful couple living in the complex: Alla and Sergei, who keep order and make your holiday as comfortable as possible!People like that, you want to go back to them again and again! Thank you again ❤️As for the territory of the complex itself, what is more to want?!Clean, green, beautiful, well groomed🌸 Feels like the Mediterra staff love their cause when not only you get, but you give! By the way, Mediterra's pricing policy is very loyal for the benefits they provide:The pool area is a large pool for adults and a frog for children. Clean water, no chlorine smell, treatment and cleaning in a timely manner and according to all standards. Sun loungers, umbrellas, plenty of room. So we "sinned" more than once, swapping sea for pool))There is a barbecue area with a large table, fridge, hooded mangal, fans in the dining area – all under the canopy. Again, cleanliness is something I notice always and everywhere!There are 7 apartments in the villa. For three family members, we choose usually a two-bedroom (1+1) room on the 2nd floor. By the time we arrive, everything in the room is perfectly cleaned and ready to move in. All the apartments have everything you need ... It feels like we've come home, where everything is always in place and everything is always fine. Bed linens are fresh and of good quality. Good towels, both homemade and beachy. The apartments are fully equipped and there is even a welcome kit - tea/coffee/sugar/drinking water/shower gel, etc.The balcony is our favorite place for evening relaxation. There's also a laundry dryer.Mediterra has a very good location. In walking distance the beach - 5 min on foot, where you can take for an inexpensive sun lounger, or you can without it. on the beach - large pebbles, there are piers with stairs.Kemer's walking area here I think there's a lot to keep quiet - a promenade with cafes and shops where you can have lunch and dinner. We had breakfast in our apartment, because filling the kitchen allows you to prepare a lot yourself. There is a volleyball, basketball and playground near the complex. On Mondays, the nomadic market usually arrives in Kemera and for this purpose the owners of the complex carefully prepared a cart on wheels to purchase all the freshest and most necessary 👍In short, it's just "class"❤️‍🔥.
