  I do t have one complaint regarding the hotel. , the chines a la carte serving staff and kitchen staff go above and beyond to help you and serve delicious food

  We have just returned from a 10 night trip. Room 3322 We normally stay at 5 star hotels in Turkey and so this review is based on what we are used to.The roomsare of a good size, and in good order, there is a small fridge with drinks in, we found the bed to be comfortable , there is a large tv but unfortunately is not great for uk visitors, it also does not connect to streaming sites. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom that was also in good decorative order, no iron or ironing board. plenty of storage The aircon also worked well.The buffetThe buffet is a very large area with seating outside as well. The choice is excellent for all your meals and it seems they cater for all nationalities . If you are from the uk you are going to struggle getting a fryup though. The hotel while we were staying there was very busy, but we never had a problem getting a table as the staff were excellent and always about clearing stuff away. We never had a problem getting a drink with our meals as again the staff were always about.The pools and groundsThe hotel excels in this area. The grounds are amazing and so well looked after. All of the pools have so many sunbeds and it really didnt matter what time you came down, no sunbed wars here. The added bonus is that they have sunbeds all over the grass areas as well as around the pools and so there is so much room and you are not on top of each other, The grounds and pool area and the amount of sunbeds is a massive selling point for this hotel..The hotel also has a pier and pier bar that also has loads of sunbeds, again we got a bed with no problem.There is a large water park area that kids will absolutely love, whenever we walked past was never really busyLunch time eatingThere are number of eating place as well as the main buffet. There is a restaurant that serves burgers, salads, chicken dishes and is served at lightning speed, there is a small buffet area near the beach, a place you can get sandwiches and some street food, a patisserie with so many cakes, The choice for your lunch is excellentala carte restaurants.We only used the Italian and this was booked the day before we went. The food was lovely and there was a really good choice to pick from.We was going to pay 25 euroes each for the brazilian but decided against it after we saw the menu and the small choice availableThere was also a Chinese and a fish restaurant but did not look at these menus Evening entertainmentThe entertainment in the evening was very good, but not what i would say excellent, a lot of dance shows, some circus acts with more dance stuff. they seemed to be well attended but then the hotel was busy. There was the pool bar that had acts on and a couple of the bands were good, but unfortunately they are more aimed at nationalities other than uk visitors. There is also the beach bar that has a more ibiza vibe about it.AlcoholWe found the choice to be excellent and my wife said the aperol spritz at all the bars was lovely, my inlaws informed the pink gin was a great quality along with the red and white wine. For me personally that only drinks lager the choice was lacking. Every bar apart from one only served efes, the beach bar served ,budweiser and miller (i think). Why can you not give this choice in every bar?StaffAll the staff that we came across were lovely and always polite, Their english was not always great but far better than my turkish. They always understood what drink i wanted :) OverallWe really enjoyed our holiday and our experience at the hotel, The hotel is lovely but in certain areas it needs attention for example the corridor walls that lead to the rooms are grubby and need painting, there are skirting tiles that are broken, the glass that is near the lifts and in the lifts are filthy, the windows of the childrens amusement arcade are absolutely filthy.For us traveling as a couple with another couple, we would of liked to of had adult only areas , Its a shame the relaxing pool, the beach bar and a section of the large buffet could not be adults only. Whilst reading the reviews on this site for this hotel, in my opinion there seems to be a lot of reviews written by people that only have one or two contributions and seem to be about mentioning staff, for the staff mentioned im sure is great but for a holiday maker looking to find out about a hotel this is no help what so ever. For me i would still give the hotel 5 stars because of the great facilities the hotel offers and as i said the grounds are amazing.   We had a wonderful à la carte dinner experience at the Chinese restaurant. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor.
