  Disappointing bad experience.

  It was the worst experience!At first when we arrived they gave us a place for 6 people even though we booked a flat for two.. the flat was so dirty! We asked to be transferred to another flat and they said there is no available ones..The sheets were so dirty,had stains on them I asked for new ones.. and they brought me dirty new ones😅Every thing had dirt stains on it.. the sofas, blankets, towels, walls, bed sheets, the windows curtains, the kitchen equipment, the kitchen it self, shelfs, drawers and gaz hob .. Old broken stained furniture that needs to be renewed.The bathroom was a disaster it was so dirty and smells so bad, rust everywhere.. broken rusty basket that we couldn't even use.No shampoo or soap and even toilet paper we asked them to give us.Wifi connection wasn't good.We couldn't handle it and we asked them either to fix the problem and give us another clean flat or refund us so we can leave the place.. but they said they can't help us and we if we leave we will lose the money we paid.We tried the breakfast once and it was good and fresh, so I guess the restaurant is good.Overall it was a bad 3 days experience.

  We loved Antalya and the area but would not recommend Melda Palace. It was very unclean. We had a 10 night stay and they only serviced the room twice, we even had to buy our own cleaning supplies and toilet paper. The staff wasn't very friendly or professional.

  Just came back yesterday and feel like I need to give my own review as I don’t think some of them were accurate. Upon arriving late at night we had a young man help us with our luggage, we came as a family of 7 so someone was going to sleep on the sofa bed but there was no blanket, he got us that and many other necessities throughout our stay free of charge. Everyone working in reception was so lovely - shoutout to ismail who works at reception for helping me book the place. I had problems booking on booking.com and my payment would not go through so after calling them we contacted on WhatsApp and be sorted us all out! Never stayed at a hotel and felt like we got to know hotel staff like we did this time, their hospitality is beautiful. Can’t remmeber Anyone’s names even though we asked (sorry) ambit everyone working in the cafe was so lovely. The manager and young boy and woman working was so nice, we couldn’t help give tips such a warm environment. Great place for family, when arriving was surprised as the pool is smaller than expected - pictures make it look bigger, however it was still great, and turned out better as we could sit and eat outside whilst watching kids play at a good distance. Wish they had more options on the breakfast menu but nevertheless it was tasty, chef took what we wanted into consideration as we asked for extra spicy omlettes lol. Apartment looks like what it does in pictures, very clean, everything worked. Hotel site didn’t say it comes with an iron and kitchenware but it does. My dad loves the place and he’s hard to please too. From reading reviews I thought the place would be far out but it isn’t, not too far from airport maybe like 20 mins away, it’s a 10 min walk from main road, in a good area as you don’t get clubbing scenes and riff raff at night it’s very peaceful but you’re not secluded as it’s at a good walking distance from main road. Room service also available but it was lovely sitting in the sun at the cafe. Spa was also great. They had a free shuttle bus to the beach there and back too, beach was less than 10 minutes away. Would definitely recommend for families, for those thinking of doing “halal bookings” I’d recommend this place - would be cheaper and is similar as it’s very peaceful and friendly. Also one of the reviews said they don’t have an elevator 😂 a big place like that definitely does. WiFi was free, not very fast at times but still happy we had it.

  This hotel is beautiful and in a great location, The food was excellent.The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel. Very comfortbale and very nice, i was satisfied here. I ordered two trips from Nasa tour in Alanya. whole Turkey also.. we were happy there, nice time was, im living in turkey, nice country..

  Stinky rooms, rude staff

  The staff are so rude and mean especially the front-desk lady. Stinky rooms. We had to keep the windows and doors open all day to get the bad smell away, which did not go away by the way. Terrible terrible terrible Internet, so DO NOT count on their Internet if it is crucial for you during your stay. No parking, while they claim 'free parking' ! It became such an ugly place recently, and I wish people seek another place to stay to keep their dignity and respect. I say this after being a regular customer for 2 years with over 6 stays, but after recent couple of visits I am very regretful and will never attempt going there again. It is a good chance to discover better places in Antalya, and hope you guy will do the same.
