    Had a really enjoyable stay! The atmosphere was great and the entertainment team made every day more fun and memorable. Special thanks to the animators for the energy and the enthusiasm. Big shout out to Adil and Erkan for being so friendly and helpful throughout our vacation. Highly recommend Mariosa!!! 💪💪

    Some places in the hotel seems to be in need of renovation but overall good hotel. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Really delicious food and drinks. Beautiful sandy beach.Special thanks to Mr. Erkan and his animation team! The biggest and most special thank you to Asema, super friendly and super kind girl! Every day and every night was really fun with the animation team.

    The hotel definitely seems to be in need of renovation — the rooms are worn out and show signs of damage in places. We stayed in a family room with two separate areas, for which we had to pay an additional €50, so we expected much better quality.In one of the rooms, the air conditioner/heating unit was not working, so it was very cold during the first few days. On the second day, the television also stopped working. In the bathroom, there were visible signs of wear and tear — buildup and limescale on the shower glass.Since there were no blankets in the room and the children were cold, we asked for extra blankets. Unfortunately, the blankets provided had black mold stains, which left a very unpleasant impression.One evening we got stuck in the elevator and had to wait for assistance to be let out. A few days later, the elevator nearly got stuck again, which created a sense of insecurity. In the café, the tablecloths were often dirty, and we also noticed cracked dishes.The pool towels were also sometimes heavily stained and looked as if they could no longer be properly cleaned, yet they were still being provided to guests.Overall, the holiday was not bad, however the hotel definitely does not meet a 5-star standard — it is closer to a 3-star hotel.Additionally, the toilet was constantly running; the flushing mechanism was likely broken or damaged.Location near beach.Atmosphere overall nice

    We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and really enjoyed the entertainment team. Special thanks to Nazgul for taking such great care of my child. She easily found a connection with my child and made our vacation even more special. Thank you for your kindness and great work!
