Location

This beach hotel is located in the resort area of Antalya Lara, right beside the renowned Lara Beach. It is about 10 km from the centre of Antalya. There is a profusion of shops, bars, restaurants, as well as a pulsing nightlife located in the surrounding area within a radius of some 5 km. The transfer time to the airport is around 30 min.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2023. The resort has 893 rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by 10 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a babysitting service (for a fee), a childcare service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel doctor. A business centre with projector and a flip chart and pens is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A welcome gift awaits guests. A balcony with a partial sea view is included in most units and encourages guests to linger a while. Most units have a sea view. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds and children's beds are available at no extra charge upon request. A safe and a minibar are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a games console and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. 11 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. A variety of activities such as bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball and archery or, for a fee, tennis, are offered at the resort. With aquafit or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and a beauty salon and, for an additional fee, massage treatments and Ayurveda treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Catering is provided by an à-la-carte restaurant with air conditioning (for non-smokers). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Diet meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. Baby food provides for little ones' well being. The resort also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Best Resort I have been to yet!

    Was really worth it! Children didn't want to leave as they really enjoyed the experience. The rooms were great and the beds were very comfortabe and the balcony had a lovely view of the pool. The resort overall was really clean and had multiple pools which the children really enjoyed. Was built in a great location right next to the sea. When in the rooms, the noise level was low with very little or no disturbance. Services were great featuring the food kiosks and the ice cream stand. Quick shout out to the open buffet and the cleaning services which were awsome. Would really reccomend for families who want to spend time together.

    Fabulous family holiday with a couple of issues

    We have just returned from our family of 12 holiday. This hotel is fabulous for families. We were in the new building which was lovely. Our room 3215 & 3217 had big balconies with sunbeds. Our other two rooms 3239 and 3213 were smaller for some reason with no sunbeds. . The food was excellent and a varied choice. The entertainment was ok. There were not many English mainly Russian & turkish but that wasn't a problem except they don't know how to queue. Sunbeds were plentiful except trying to reserve 12!! You still had to get up about 8 otherwise most were reserved. The hotel was spotless and huge. Drinks were good except some cocktails were a little watery. The staff were lovely and the pool entertainment team took a liking to our grandkids and we're great. The beach bar was good as was the beach. Our only issues were the odd opening & closing times of things. The water slides closed at lunch, fruit was only available at 3. Not a problem just unusual. Reception were not helpful at all. We arrived at 11.30 pm and weren't told there was food. No explanation about where to get pool towels. The room cleaners made the beds but we're hit & miss about refilling the mini bar. In fact "mini bar" is misleading it's basically soft drinks & 2 cans of efes. We had an emergency situation on night at 3am with flashing alarms and smells of burning. Our 2 rooms 3217 & 3215 were literally vibrating. Only after I rang reception did someone come up but they didn't speak to us standing in the hallway just appeared from an emergency exit and disappeared back in. We had to ring reception to see if we could go back into our rooms safely. No one checked on us even the next day after I complained to customer relations. I also reported our air conditioning vent was hanging down and no one came to fix it. Very poor customer service for such a lovely hotel. But having said that we had a lovely holiday.
