  I consider my stay a very successful one. The hotel is very nice and has everything you need for a ski trip. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping. The pool area is okay, although the temperature in the steam sauna should be much higher; it's a shame the jacuzzi costs extra. The food is very tasty and offers a wide selection at every meal. The hotel service is excellent, and I especially commend the waiter, Haci Dalçek, for his excellent and positive attitude, openness to guests, and communication skills.   Location is great to have a wonderful mountain experience. Staff is very oolite and rooms are clean. I definitely like his hotel and will be my next choice again. Value is worth given.   We had an amazing experience at Mirada Del Lago by www.salonwakacji.pl , thanks to Hacı Dalçek . He is always smiling and his English is excellent, which made communication so easy. We highly recommend looking for him during dinner – his exceptional service is like an extra star for the hotel!   A perfect place for skiing enthusiasts

  Overall service was really good, but the standout one was from our lovely Haci Dalçek, who made sure our stay was perfect. He went above and beyond in ensuring that our needs are met and delivered them with a smile! Honestly his accommodating and friendly demeanor was something you don't experience every day. He even went so far as to come to work pre-surgery (unbeknownst to us) just to make sure we are taken care of. What a magnificent guy!
