Location

The hotel is located within 2 km of Okurcalar where guests will discover an array of shopping and entertainment venues. Antalya airport is 90 km away.

Facility

56 junior suites, 17 suites, 30 single rooms and 300 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a childcare service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a projector.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, basketball and crazy golf. With aquafit or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards, darts, squash, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, hydrotherapy treatments and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast and dinner. For dinner, guests can order à la carte. A set menu can be ordered at dinner. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The food was very good and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Hamza he is the best waiter. He was very friendly, attentive and made our stay even better. I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back.     No Star Hotel

    This resort is worthy of No Star rating but the system does not allow it . Their standards reflect this on very many levels . Firstly the hotel accept zero responsibility if you have concerns about your safety or health . To elaborate if other guests are being unreasonably offensive or aggressive the hotel refuses to take action . If the noises from next rooms are at the loudest decibels. Air conditioning / shower doesn’t work so reception ‘ deals ‘ with it by pointing out that other guests have no reason to complain ! Be prepared for a brick wall response from the reception and hotel . Their retort every time is other guests have no complaints! Really . Now when we it comes to cuisine ( shouldn’t use such an elaborate description ) it’s completely unimaginative and stodgy. For any vegetarians ( no fish seafood or meat ) it’s mash and chips with the odd spinach or chickpea dish . No choices . The desserts were ok but they frequently ran out . The irritating end to all meals was the dining room started packing things up even 45 mins before end of session. So you walked around with an empty plate and rude staff . One or two spoke English ( broken ) but effort was not made to understand what you’re trying to say. One of the waiters spilled coke IN my daughter’s Gucci bag . Once the legitimacy of the bag was established via receipt and proof of purchase the hotel ( via the manager Mr Tonga Cavus ) shirked its culpability in every way possible. We arranged a formal meeting with Mr Cavus who continued to be on his phone during the meeting. He even shook my hand whilst sitting down initially! Whilst I do not expect protocol to be followed strictly to English standards these are mannerisms that should run parallel with managing a supposedly 5* hotel . In addition his demeaning tonality and constant interruption left one in no doubt that he was talking ( down ) to a bunch of women . My daughter was in tears at the end of this supposed meeting. The hotels offer was leave the bag here for THEIR INSURER to establish damage done , dry clean on premises or take it out of the waiters salary or FREE MASSAGE . . No compensation was even canvassed. I guess the one star for this review goes to the spa where Husseyn and his team did their utmost to give us excellent service . His was the redeeming factor in our stay which will never be repeated again . When this was highlighted to Mr Cavus his masculinity took over with disregard in his shrugged shoulders and arrogance in his words ‘’ we have 430 rooms and we will always fill them up ‘’ The pity is we go every year to Antalya to celebrate my mother’s birthday ( in her 80’s ) and this is the only hotel with such disdain and cavalier abdication of its goodwill towards the guests.

    We wanted to share how absolutely wonderful our stay was — this has honestly been the best holiday we have ever had, and we cannot speak highly enough of every part of our experience here. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful, luxurious and well‑organised. The resort facilities are outstanding: beautiful spa areas, relaxing pools, lush grounds, and so many lovely spaces to unwind — every detail was kept clean, comfortable and inviting. A special mention goes to Umut from the animation team — his energy, enthusiasm and friendly attitude made every activity fun and memorable. He went above and beyond to make sure guests felt included and happy, always with a smile. We were also so impressed by all the bar staff, Served Ahmed Mehmed restaurant teams and management. Even though we sadly cannot remember every name, every person we met was polite, attentive and genuinely caring. Service was consistently excellent — drinks and meals were delicious, served with care, and nothing was too much trouble. It’s rare to find a resort where every department works together so smoothly to create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Mukarnas Spa Resort has set a new standard for us — we will definitely return and recommend it to everyone we know. Thank you for making our holiday perfect!     Luxury Prices, Budget Experience

    This hotel falls nowhere near the standard expected of a 5★ resort and is extremely difficult to recommend.One of the biggest failures is the lack of air conditioning. For a resort of this size to not have AC running in May, while temperatures reach 25–28°C, is completely unacceptable, especially when air conditioning is actively advertised as part of the stay. Guests are left trying to sleep in hot, humid rooms that feel suffocating at night. The lack of sleep alone is enough to ruin the entire holiday experience.The food offering is equally disappointing. Variety is severely lacking, with the same repetitive options appearing day after day. Guests should be prepared to eat chips with almost every meal. For a supposed 5★ resort, the food feels cheap, lazy, and mass-produced rather than fresh or enjoyable.Hygiene standards throughout the hotel are genuinely concerning. Guests have been served drinks in dirty cups still covered in lipstick marks. Undercooked chicken has been served at dinner, posing an obvious health risk. There have also been incidents of children coughing directly over buffet food and hair being found in meals. Basic cleanliness and food safety standards appear to be poorly managed.The atmosphere around the resort is far from relaxing. Many guests were rude and inconsiderate, with children pushing into queues unchecked and individuals leaving toilets without washing their hands before heading straight to the buffet. Staff did little to control or address any of this.Room maintenance is another complete failure. One guest had to change rooms multiple times, first because of a sewage smell coming from the toilet, then because the balcony door would not open, followed by a broken shower head that made showering impossible. After finally being moved again, the replacement room had a door that would not close properly. That level of neglect says everything about how poorly this hotel is maintained.Management response throughout was appalling. In one incident, a waiter spilled an entire glass of Coke into a guest’s expensive bag. Despite the damage caused, there was no proper apology, no accountability, and no compensation offered. Complaints in general appeared to be dismissed rather than resolved. Multiple concerns raised directly to management and reception during the stay were ignored or brushed aside, with little to no action taken.Noise levels were another major issue. Late-night parties continued into the night, preventing guests from resting. When complaints were made to reception, they were dismissed with the excuse that “no one else had complained,” and absolutely nothing was done.The on-site bazaar shop is also worth avoiding entirely. Prices are massively inflated and clearly targeted at tourists.What makes the experience even more frustrating is how misleading the hotel’s online reputation appears to be. The hotel heavily promotes itself as a luxury 5★ destination and presents itself as being among the best, but the reality does not come close to matching the image advertised online. Multiple guests experienced similar issues throughout their stay, which makes it difficult to believe these are isolated incidents.The only redeeming part of the stay was the entertainment team, who made an effort to keep guests engaged, along with the waiters, bar staff, and housekeeping staff who were generally polite and hardworking. Unfortunately, their efforts are completely undermined by poor management and the overall condition of the resort.Overall, this hotel fails on comfort, hygiene, food quality, maintenance, and customer service. It does not deserve its 5★ rating and simply does not provide the standard of holiday experience guests are paying for.
