  Good day! Our family of 3 vacationed here in mid-August '23. Not the first time in Turkey, if anything. The budget was limited by the end of summer, so we considered a budget tour and, accordingly, a hotel. We were ready for anything, but this hotel pleasantly surprised us - the room, of course, is not wow for the money, the furniture is not new, but towels were changed daily (2 per person for the room, there were no beach towels), after 5 days they changed the linen (themselves !), the air conditioner worked properly; there is a clean, large swimming pool, the Internet was working in the lobby, everything was ok in the rooms on the 1st floor, we lived on the second - I caught it every other time and it’s cool (we have something to compare with). The dining room is located in another larger hotel directly on the sea. It takes about 5 minutes to walk (the same amount of time to walk to the sea. We knew this right away and it didn’t scare us.Food: everything is fresh, none of our friends got sick there, etc. Enough choice for the money! The meat is different every day, but there are one or two options; there are a lot of side dishes, vegetables, a variety of salads, etc. Fruits were given for lunch, sweets for dinner. There is always soup. Delicious. In the morning, omelet, boiled eggs, porridge, vegetables, toast, honey, jam, etc. All sorts of sausages, but we didn’t eat them. Olives, fried national zucchini, Eggplants were always there, in the evening the bar had beer, wine, strong alcohol, cocktails (I don’t drink them, but here it comes))). In the evening there is a disco every day until about 12 at night.And the sea.... Clean, transparent, the bottom is visible even at the depth where the buoys are.The hotel has its own beach and sunbeds, there is an assistant who looks after things, children, can find sunbeds, move them, etc. He also helps in the canteen and works at discos until the last client). We liked everything, but I emphasize that this is not 5 stars and not the right money. There were ladies who paid 100 thousand for three people for 8 days in Turkey in 2023 and snorted that the food was not the same, there were no towels at sea, they didn’t have enough alcohol, etc. If you're looking for chic, this is not the place for you.   Better sleep in the street

  People don’t believe in all good reviews about this hotel . It’s all done by friends I guess. If you think it’s ok for a few days stay I’m telling you the true , you better stay on the street. Awful hotel . We had to pay double price and move to another hotel for a week as it was impossible to stay in Murat . Small old smelly room look like a basement , food cooked for pigs not people . Everyone angry and we all got sick straight away at our first day . If you think you can find something to eat , no , you won’t . Even your dog won’t eat this I promise. Rice mixed with spaghetti ? No meat of fish only black naggets that obviously been deep friend second time. Left overs from somewhere fried in lots of oil . How can you eat this . I just want to warn people not to make mistake we made . Where is the hell all good reviews are from ?!! We were so silly and paid price double as had to move out to another place

  I have never seen anything more terrible. We spent one night and fled to another hotel. I don’t believe that people can write at least some positive reviews about this shelter. This is not a hotel! The rooms are tiny with rickety furniture. There is nowhere to put things. The balcony doesn't close. With my height of 1.55, I can reach the ceiling with my outstretched arm. Food is a different story. It's good that you can walk to the next hotel. Food at the Miranda Hotel 500 meters away is one owner. If I hadn't seen it myself, I wouldn't have believed it. They put everything left over in the morning for lunch and dinner. Already the attitude towards pigs was given to them some kind of incomprehensible old mixed rice with noodles. How is that? Slops?   We stayed there in September 2012. Just location is good. We were waiting for our room for a lot of time and were given it only at about 15.00 Rooms are so so - not bad not good, enough space, cleanness. Shower is not handy. But food.... is very-very poor - no meet at all, sometimes chicken but in very limited offer (just bones), sometimes uneatable sour cutlets, even no aubergines in variations, like everywhere in Turkey, no desserts just one kind of fruit... Vine is not bad. In common our impression was that this hotel have no stars at all. Recommended for no one!!!!

  A lovely hotel

  The Murat hotel is a small hotel set in the back streets of Kemer.Ideal location for exploring the resort.The rooms are very clean and bed and towels were changed regularly.The food was great all home cooked buffet style.We were all inclusive wit soft drinksand tea and coffee.Always enough food and a B.B.Q once a week.Entertainment was good .The staff were very helpful and we were made to feel at home.The hotel owner was very sociable and often sat and chatted with all the guests. I would with out hesitation stay at the Murat hotel and also recommend it to my friends and family.
