Location

The hotel is located on a main road approximately 3 km from the steep, cliff-lined Konyaalti Beach and about 500 m from Antalya’s largest shopping centre. The town centre offering plenty of shops, bars and restaurants is only about 4 km away. The airport is 15 km from the hotel.

The hotel has 2 suites and 98 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.     Not safe Teenage girls got followed into lift, Informed staff And reply was maybe they know him!!!!!!!!!!!We only be ther for a day!!!!!!!

    Comfortable and convenient, the highlight of the stay was the brilliant night receptionist Serkan, who was ever cheerful and super helpful when we had late check ins and early check outs with our group, not least by bringing cups of excellent Turkish tea. Thank you Serkan!

    We had an excellent 3-night stay here and loved every minute. Everything was top quality from the clean, comfortable rooms to the friendly and attentive staff. The location is amazing, offering both convenience and tranquility. The food was absolutely delicious, with great variety and flavor. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay, and we hope to return soon.

    Really worst experience When we reached nasira ..for check in there was no body at desk. After 10 mins manager came ..I have seen him seating in cabin but I think he wants to wait us. When asked for bell boy..he says no bell boy. We have managed our luggage in a very very small lift which can accommodate hardly 4 persons. So it was very very difficult to transfer our luggage at 5th floor. When I asked for room service, manager cum desk person informed us that there is no room service. Bathroom in our room no 509 was very very small. A person like me can hardly enter the bathroom, taking bath was a different struggle.When asked for house keeping around 8 i.e towel desk person told me that no house keeping up to 9. I have to skip bath for a day as we wanted to go out at 8.30Next day evening, we have hight of worst experience. When we came back from visiting beaches...I have asked for towel than manager cum desk person asked why you want towel? Than he told me that you will get it in some time..after waiting for 30 mins I called him , he said person is out when he came back I will give you towel. After 3 or 4 follow up after 2 hours he told me that near lift there is a house keeping, you can take it from there. ?????Looking to other reviews, I feel that I should have looked reviews before booking. Highest minus minus ⭐for Nasira Suggestions ....train staff how to deal with guest courteously or replace themAdd bel boy service, room service Avoid Avoid Avoid....

    Don’t stay here if you like good service

    The hotel wasn’t bad if we talk about the view and the pool, but everything else was a fail. Firstly, there’s no bell boy or any sort of help with your luggage. Even if they see you struggling, they won’t do anything about it Second, we asked for the WiFi password, but the person at the reception was very reluctant in giving it.Apparently there’s also no room service here We went to checkout the dinner options there at 6:45 and a staff rudely told us dinner starts at 7, nothing right now. As if to sush us away. We asked for extra towels one day, and he asked us on our face, “what happened to the towels we gave you yesterday? Go collect the towels from the HouseKeeping room”Not sure if all the above things is something every guest faced or just us, but there seemed to be a hint of racism in how they dealt with us. The food was bad, greasy, didn’t seem fresh, and with limited optionsThe only amazing people were the ones at the security. They were very kind and gracious and always helped us out in getting cabs
