    Complete disappointment

    My husband and I stayed at your hotel for two days. Since your property is located in the Lara area, we were expecting high quality, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed upon arrival.We would like to note that the staff was very friendly, for which we are grateful. However, the condition of the room caused us great dissatisfaction: • It was impossible to switch off the air conditioning, as the remote control did not work. The only way was to remove the card from the energy slot. • The room was very old and shabby. • The balcony was in poor condition: the railing was broken. • The room smelled strongly of cigarettes. • Towels were torn, and both the bathroom and sink were dirty and rusty. • The shower cabin had no doors at all. • The toiletries, which should be provided new and sealed according to hotel standards, were half-used and already opened.I am attaching some photos I managed to take as evidence of these issues.We were very disappointed with the quality of accommodation, and we believe that for a hotel such conditions are unacceptable. We sincerely hope that the management will take the necessary measures to ensure such situations do not occur again in the future.

    Awful moved hotel after a day

    I wouldn't wish this place on anyone. Rooms cramped, no TV, yellow stained toilet, rusted water taps and shower. Water damaged skirting and badly done flooring. Beds made of concrete. The noise at night travelling through the room from the outside and then the gospel announcements around 6am backed up with the dogs howling. We also had a view like I was living in gaza. Absolutely avoid at all costs you have been warned. I think prisons would be a better place

    Staff are friendly however room and facilities so poor!The amount off dirt on the toilet/sink/tap was horrendous and really unhygienic.Our balcony door has previously been smashed and was sealed back together with silicone. Extremely loud music from downstairs (we were on the top floor so god knows how loud it was for people on level 1) the music was on until 2/3am each night.No water in the pool??? 3 coat hangers for 2 people for a week which is ridiculous. TV was so poor and had about 3 channels which worked (all Turkish) wifi extremely slow also. Walls paper thin so can hear everything that’s going on in the corridors. Would 100% not stay here again

    Wow. Where do I start. Rooms absolutely filthy. Staff barely speak English. No water in the pool and wasn’t told once upon check in. Breakfast is terrible. I was pregnant during our stay and cried because it was that bad. Avoid at all costs. I would never have stayed if I knew it was going to be this bad.

    Omg I had the best time in this hotel, staff was amazing I will definitely be going back, breakfast was not great but it's a Turkish breakfast, I did not stop laughing was absolutely perfect.. maids come in everyday to clean not far from shops and 24hour kebab place which was not far, pools very clean I loved it
