Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this resort is located in Alanya and is right by the sea. Guests can reach the centre after about 30 km. The nearest airport is Gazipasa (GZP), located about 73 km away. Antalya (AYT) Airport is approximately 90 km away.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2024. 601 non-smoking rooms are available to guests in a 6-storey main building and an auxiliary building. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Guests can buy souvenirs at the gift shop. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park (subject to availability). Other services include medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service (for a fee), an alarm call service and a laundry service.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the queen-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. Equipped with a telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels and WiFi, the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. 5 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. 34 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The spacious pool area, which includes 2 outdoorpools, is a great place for guests to relax and take a refreshing dip. Even on cool days, swimming is always at option at the indoor pool. Kids can splash around in one of the 2 children's pools. A waterslide provides fun for all ages. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. For guests who wish to keep active, crazy golf and archery are available. Water sports enthusiasts are offered aquafit. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a spa, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can dine in one of the 2 buffet restaurants. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special is offered as a catering option. A generous and varied breakfast buffet (also for early birds and late risers) provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    We went on holiday with our family last month and were very pleased with everything. We chose the spa to relax, and the spa staff were very attentive and friendly.     Terrible noise 23:45 PM, reconstruction with drill in the next rep

    We are currently staying in a hotel for 8 days, room 1060. Right now, 15 minutes before midnight, workers started renovation using a drill two rooms away from us. I even have a video showing that the repair workers left their tool cases in the hotel corridor and began working. We complained at the reception, but there was no apology at all—they just sent us to the guest relations desk, where a staff member took a photo of the recording. Again, no apology, nothing—just that they would call the technicians. Eventually, some man handled it with them.But where is the common sense in doing renovations at 11:45 PM in a hotel where guests are sleeping? I work in a hotel myself, and in case of any mistake, we always do apologise and also offer compensation, such as moving guests to a better room, better view (which, especially in the off-season when the hotel is not fully occupied, wouldn’t be a problem). However, no such level of service was provided here.The operations manager or general manager should seriously consider reviewing and improving staff training.

    Another phenomenal stay at the wondrous Orange County Alanya which is among my favourite chain in Turkey.Brilliant location with beaches aand a jetty.Fabulous food, lovely staff - from receptions (where there’s the amazing J-Lo lookalike and a l lady called Sharika).Entertainment team are friendly and fun.
