This exclusive beach hotel is situated on a rocky ridge above the stunning Konyaalti beach, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot (via steps and bridges) or with the shuttle service. The Archaeological Museum is a few minutes from the hotel by foot, and the lovely town of Antalya is a pleasant 1 km walk away. Public transport (tram) can be reached within 50^m of the hotel, and there is also a good dolmus bus connection nearby.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 342 rooms, including 20 suites and 320 double rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Deeply Disappointing – Misleading Rooms, Closed Pools, and Rude Staff

    I arrived at Ozkaymak Falez Hotel at around 2am with my two young sons, hoping for a smooth start to our holiday. Unfortunately, the experience has been the complete opposite.The room itself was dated but spacious, which I expected. However, I had booked specifically for the balcony with a sea view and outdoor furniture, as shown clearly on both Booking.com and the hotel’s own website. When we entered the room, the balcony was completely bare — no chairs, no table, nothing resembling the images used to advertise the room.I went straight back to reception to explain the issue. The male receptionist was dismissive and rude, insisting the images on Booking.com were “false” and not from their website. I then pulled up the hotel’s own website showing the exact same photos. Only then did he admit they didn’t have that room available and told me to speak to the manager in the morning.A few hours later, I returned to reception, only to discover yet another problem: the pools — a major reason for choosing this hotel for my children — were closed. This was not mentioned anywhere on their website or during booking.The customer service has been appalling, with no willingness or ability to resolve anything. At this point, I wouldn’t stay here even if I were paid to. I have already booked a genuine 5‑star hotel elsewhere and will be taking this up with Booking.com to pursue a refund.Avoid this hotel unless you’re prepared for disappointment, misinformation, and zero accountability.

    We were completely mis led by the hotels own pictures and 5 star ratings. This not even close to a 5 star hotel, and the ultra all inclusive, I'm lost for words to describe fairly how bad this was, the breakfast was disgusting, and there was only one choice of beer and 2 choices of soft drinks.On arrival we found our room to be filthy and not a double room like we requested, we went straight back to the reception and was told that if we came back in the morning we would be offered a better room, so next morning we went back to the reception, when we were given the keys to the second room we asked the receptionist if we were able to get a refund if the room did not meet our expectations, to which she replied 'of course'. Well the second room was even worse than the 1st room, so we decided to book another hotel, took our cases, which never even got unpacked, went back to reception to check out and get our refund, now the receptionist pretended not to be able to speak English, despite her English being very good only 20 minutes before, we spoke to management and showed the manager the pictures of the state of our room, and explained the situation about being unhappy with the offerings for supposedly ultra all inclusive, unfortunately this fell on deaf ears, and he insisted that they are unable to issue a refund.Now granted we did book a non refundable room, but that was based on what was being sold to us ie 5 star hotel all inclusive.I wouldn't stay here for free.

    Our stay at Özkaymak Falez Hotel was one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve ever had. The photos online look nothing like reality—don’t be fooled.The website shows beautiful facilities, including a water slide, but when we arrived, we were told it was closed because summer was over—even though we came during the summer. This is completely misleading and unacceptable.The hotel also requires guests to wear a wristband for all-inclusive services, which is never mentioned on their website. It feels like a trick to upsell or deny access.We booked two rooms—one with three beds and another for my parents—but they first gave my parents the wrong room. They only changed it the next day, and even then only provided two separate beds. We were told there are no queen beds at all in the entire hotel, which is shocking for a place claiming to be 5-star.The rooms were in terrible shape: yellow, stained, uncomfortable beds, and an overall dirty, outdated feel. This is nowhere near a luxury experience.On checkout day, we asked the hotel to bring down our luggage, since we told them we’d leave for a few hours and return in the afternoon. When we came back, nothing had been done—they made us go upstairs and carry everything down ourselves. This is absolutely unacceptable service for any hotel, let alone one that claims to be 5-star. To make things worse, the receptionist herself admitted she wouldn’t stay there because of how bad the hotel is. That says it all.The general manager was rude and unhelpful, and most of the staff don’t speak or understand English, making communication extremely frustrating.This hotel feels more like a 0 star property than the 5-star resort they advertise. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Don’t waste your time or money here.

    Unfortunately, the service at this hotel does not meet the stated level of 5 stars. All requests for a room are fulfilled only the second time and after the reminder. When bedbugs were found in the room, the administration did not even apologize. The hotel itself leaves much to be desired: it is dirty, and the pool is not cleaned, which is noticeable by the drain holes. The dilapidated structure in the middle of the pool gives the hotel an abandoned look. As for the food, there are a lot of appetizers and desserts on the menu, but there are not enough main dishes. The breakfasts are of the same type and rather meager. Overall, the hotel left me disappointed.
