    Staff not friendly, service terrible. Bar in reception closed.Pool empty, devoid of water.Pool bar open but if you wanted a drink you had to find someone upstairs in reception to come down and serve you.Food choice extremely limited and always just warm but they had a microwave at the food counter. Terrible. All inclusive, what a joke, please don't do it.

    We loved it very clean hotel very relaxing with very caring staff its got pool bar restaurant shop wifi and pool table air conditioning denizkan cenci became my very close friend who works there loved it

    Well what can I say let's start on a positive note the beds were clean and towels and the air con worked .I went all inclusive but the food was very poor and drinks tasted nothing like . I arrived about 10.30 pm no food available drinks finished at 10pm but you could pay for one so I put my case in the room had to pay for a safety deposit box. It was all very disappointing in the end I just went out to eat costing me when I'd paid .things are shabby and much in need of a revamp.

    I am staying here even though I have an apartment not half a kilometre from hereI am here for 4 nights The hotel is clean and tidy The rooms are big clean well equipped air con shower works wellTv only Russian of Turkish but seem to cater for mainly Russians Pool is good clean big plenary of sun loungers At this time but hotel is quite So if you coming room only then all will be goodI booked fully inclusive Waist of money Food is limited meal times are restrictive Snacks during the day are left over cake from lunchAnd trying to get a drink is interesting yo say the least The pool bar if you can cal it that is limited Ice is in short supply beer is served with a 50 % head of froth in a small plastic cup My recommendation is don’t come here fully inclusive as you will be disappointed I have been coming to side for 12 years owned a apartment for 11 yearsThis is a struggling hotel trying to cut corners Which is a shame The hotel is good overall but let down by the way it’s run

    Bad hygiene, smoke from the chimney

    We are on holiday in Side, Turkey. Close to the Palm D'Or Hotel, which is situated on the (Sokak) 1127 street nr.27, in Side, Manavgat.Some of years ago, team of Flemish TV journalists did a survey of this hotel, after complaints from guests about customer service and hygiene. The hotel came out very bad . The complaints were not exaggerated and the reportage showed many unacceptable situations in the kitchen and other places.We stayed in this neighborhood at that time too, and heard that the owner/manager was furious and said he never wanted Flemish or Belgian people in his hotel anymore! While only himself was to blame!Since we are here, this man has been burning dirt in an oven or a boiler, every day. The smoke that comes out of the chimney is stinks terribly and has a yellow-brown color. For some days now the sky has been cloudy and there is a temperature inversion in the atmosphere. Smoke just hangs low and is blown into our apartment and also into the hotel rooms. It's poisonous air that makes one cough and feel nauseous. It smells like he is burning the waste from his hotel every day.I just want to warn people who might book their holiday in this hotel: the mentality has not changed since the TV report some years ago! Hygiene and a healthy environment is not a priority here. Today I took pictures of the chimney, that is spewing this hideous smoke. The chimney is all black outside.
