Location

The hotel is located in the Payallar/Konakli district, some 13 km west along the coast from Alanya. The beach lies in front of the hotel and public transport can be found on the main road just 200 m away. Gazipaşa Airport is located some 56 km from the hotel and Antalya Airport is approximately 117 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 312 rooms, including 276 double rooms, located in two 6-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Guests can browse a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A refrigerator and a mini fridge are standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Pure relaxation in the hot tub (for a fee), fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball and basketball. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis and horse riding. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, canoeing, diving, water aerobics and aquafit or, for a fee, banana boat rides. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. All-inclusive can be booked. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Appaling noise levels. Food awful. Incredibly rude staff demanding tips constantly. Wouldn't come here ever again. The room was dirty

    I had an unforgettable experience at Palmeras Beach Hotel – everything was simply perfect! The location, the beach, the food, the atmosphere... but most of all, the amazing people who made this vacation so special.A huge part of that was thanks to the animation team, especially the girls – Nema, Martha, Salma, Nastya. These girls were absolutely incredible! Every single day, they brought such a beautiful energy , always smiling, always kind, always making everyone feel welcome. Their positivity was contagious, and their ability to connect with guests was something truly special. Whether it was dancing, organizing activities, or just chatting with us during the day, they were always present with full heart. And of course, I can’t forget the amazing guys – Mesut and Mr. Boyka! Their energy, humor, and charisma brought so much life to the hotel.The service throughout the hotel was also outstanding. Every member of the staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I want to personally mention Erdem Ermis for his exceptional service. He was incredibly attentive, respectful, and always went out of his way to make sure guests were comfortable and happy.This place gave me unforgettable memories. I’m so grateful and can’t wait to come back! ❤️

    More Cons Than Pros: Reflections After an 8-Day Stay

    + A very wide selection of food, with snacks and drinks available all day until 2:00 A+ Some of the staff were particularly kind and friendly (waiters, the bartender, maids, especially in the lobby bar – the staff was perfect and they had the most delicious cocktails that weren't overly sweet+ A clean and tidy seashore/beach+ Location next to markets and shops- Very pushy staff; if you are looking for a peaceful rest, they want to involve you in everything, pull you by the arm, and constantly want to talk- Cockroaches on the 5th floor- There are many cats on the premises; one day there was feces on the 5th floor- To get a spot by the pool, you have to get up very early and run to reserve a place- The hammam and massage were outside of my comfort zone due to the attitude, unpleasant emotions, and a very painful massage where they "diagnosed" new conditions about 5 times just to keep selling – I doubt the masseurs have medical qualifications to say that a person has problems (expect a very painful and unpleasant process, aggressive sales tactics)- The hotel is oriented towards Russian-speaking guests- The bed linen was not changed once during the 8-day stay- The room was on the verge of falling apart – turning on a lamp would trip the circuit breakers and the power would go out, the electrical panel fell down, everything was scuffed and worn out, we were afraid to touch anything - WiFi is only available in the lobby, and the internet is quite slow in general Overall - if you are expecting a peaceful and relaxed vacation with an aesthetically pleasing room, a quiet environment, and a pleasant stay, this will not be the best option. However, it must be said that for the price we paid, the memories will remain good, but we did start wanting to go home quite soon! :)

    Absolutely amazing place, went as family of 6, food and drinks was perfect and plenty of choice there quite a few cocktails to go and try, plenty of sun loungers around pool. Beach was lovely spot too, staff are absolutely brilliant friendly and always wanted to help. Entertainment staff are so welcoming and friendly definitely made us all welcome Martha we will miss you we loved your bubbly personality. Thank you for perfect holiday x thank you

    3rd time here in 11 months and it’s even better than the last 2 visits. The new things implemented are super. Animation team amazing bunch even without the amazing Benjamin. Munisa service in the restaurant amazing. Anyone that moans about it here I don’t understand it’s fantastic and myself and the family will keep coming back we love it here. The Ryan family room 2208 10th June until the 20th. Thank you palmeras
