Location

The beach resort is located directly on the Mediterranean coast in the district of Kumköy, approximately 6 km west of the resort centre of Side and with shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife just 700 m away. There is a bus stop on the main road, just 200 m from the establishment. Antalya Airport is approximately 60 km from the resort.

Facility

In addition to 14 villas/houses, this spacious property includes a residential complex with a lift,made up of a 5-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. Awaiting guests are 482 non-smoking rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park (subject to availability). Other services include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a page service. A business centre with fax machine, projector and a flip chart and pens is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a baby bath. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 3 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub (for a fee) – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, basketball and archery. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing and diving. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts and yoga. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. For breakfast (continental), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for dinner). Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals, organic food and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. Guests can request baby food free of charge. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    We had a lovely time here in May, the staff were amazing and the location I thought was good, plenty of shops within walking distance right outside the hotel. There were some really nice touches with the food but on the whole, thought the offering was not quite up to some other 5 star hotels we have been to, having said that, we really enjoyed our al la carte meal and could always find something we liked at the buffet. Really liked the fresh carrot and other vegetable juices at breakfast, quite rare to get this at other hotels. The salads on offer at the beach restaurant were really good too, as were the Pide's. The entertainment was of a very good quality, my wife and I loved listening to the live jazz music, we were impressed with the 2 bands we saw (my wife is a professional singer so quite hard to please). The Turkish really look after their cats and there were plenty roaming around the hotel (we also saw a couple of hedgehogs), all very nice natured and something we really enjoyed, they get fed well so no need to take food out of the buffet for them (maybe bring a few cat treats if you really want to). The cocktails I had in the bar above the buffet area were really nice as was the service. The beach is really nice fine sand and plenty of sun loungers, no need to put towels down at dawn, I hate it when that happens. We managed to walk to Side town via the beach/paths which was around 5-6km, not something I would do in the heat of summer but May was lovely. The staff appreciate a tip every now and again, it's not required at all but nice to give if you get great service. Overall, I would come to this hotel again but probably not when at full capacity.     We have had a great family holiday so far, there is always something on to keep children entertained throughout the day and night. The food has been great with lots of choice and the staff have been very helpful and polite. Highly recommend for family with young children.     I lovely hotel clean, the gardens are beautiful, staff are helpful and polite . We stayed in the main building and the room was a decent size ,with 2 sofas and big shower area . There is plenty choices for food and alot of it. There are pools with sunbeds and the beach is beautiful with lots of shade and sunbeds. The location is Kumkoy with plenty of shopping, Side is about 15 mins by bus. Overhaul totally enjoyed my holiday and would definitely go back.     This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and it doesn’t disappoint. The food and the range of à la carte restaurants (included in the price) are great. Lovely meals by the beach, attentive staff, very clean everywhere. Two pools, offering you a more relaxed vibe if you don’t want to be around a lot of noise. Water slides on site for that added bit of fun and the option of massage and Turkish baths for when you want a bit more indulgence. The rooms are very comfortable with an included mini bar. Family interconnecting rooms have two bathrooms which is brilliant. Would come back again and highly recommend.
