    rating30 May 2026

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The food was delicious and varied. Everything was clean in the room, and the beach was clean as well. There were also many different entertainment and animation programs available.

    May stay 2026

    rating30 May 2026

The hotel is absolutely amazing! It's green and looks like a garden - well-maintained greenery everywhere. The lawns are mowed permanently, all the plants are in great condition. In case something goes wrong with any plant, it's treated or replaced right away. The gardeners do really perfect job.All the rooms are situated in 2-floor bungalows (8 rooms each), and whenever your balcony faces East/South, your upstairs neighbours' balcony faces West/North. All the bungalows are perfectly located and the guests don't disturb each other (except for the cigarette smell if your neighbours smoke).Reception. As you enter, you hear (please tell me WHY!) receptionists talking to you russian...if you speak English, they understand you a little. If you speak German, they use translator from russian to German. I still wonder why not hire someone who speaks at least some international languages. But we didn't spend much time there, it took only 3 mins to check-in (it was around 4 p.m). They will provide you with a hotel map, so you will easily find everything you need.Guest relations. Friendly and helpful.Rooms. In general, good, renovated. But the housekeeping don't do their work properly - the floor was in stains, for 2 weeks nobody changed the bed clothes unless we asked for it. There are a lot of spiders on the ceiling and they won't clear them off until you require. Eventhough the room cleaning is every day - they mainly change the towels, make your bed and slightly mop in visible places.Check your bathroom for mould as we had some black stains in ours :(When you enter your room for the first time, you will find 2 × 0.33l bottles of water, 2×200 ml cartons of juice and 2 bottles of sparkling water, all placed daily in your fridge IF it's empty. There are mosquito nets on the balcony door and the bathroom windows. You will find some shampoo, shower gel and NO hair conditioner (but maybe nobody put it just in our room, cos I saw some in housekeeping trolleys). Surprisingly, there is NO kettle in the room but maybe they bring you one on demand, I didn't ask. There are no bath robes. There are room slippers, sewing kit, nail polisher and shoe polisher.Main restaurant. It is great. Always clean. A lot of different food, you may always find 3-4 sorts of fish (steamed, fried, grilled), the same about meat (lamb, turkey, chicken, beef), different vegetables, fruit and berries (strawberries, nectarines, apples, pears, oranges, tangerines, peaches); fatty and healthy food, enormous amount of sweets - no one will be hungry, even fussy eaters. Tuesdays are perfect - those are the days when you actually feel you are at the seaside with sea food - red fish, tuna, grouper, sushi, mussels, shrimps, pilaf with sea food and many more.If something falls/breaks on the floor - within seconds it is removed and cleaned. Whenever you finish your dish, the staff are there to take the used plates, sometimes even those you still need 😅 Would be great to have also watermelons and fresh orange juice in the mornings!Ice-cream/patisserie bar. A very pleasant lady works there (the one wearing glasses), always friendly, smiling and understanding. You may find waffles with chocolate and fruit here, different cookies and pastry, cakes and ice-cream from 10:00 a.m. Everything is delicious. As you take them, you may sit on comfortable soft arm-chairs and enjoy your sweets with sea view in a shade. Coffee-machines are everywhere! So, there are no queues anywhere for coffee/tea.Snack bar. We used to have lunch there every day during all our stay. Not only fast food is served, but also grilled chicken, some soups, rice, shawerma, spaghetti, fried chicken, lamb cutlets, some stew....Perfect location overlooking the sea (by the way, some evenings they organize there sea food a-la-carte for additional charge. And, be ready that this hotel is not like other hotels. Your all inclusive plus (ultra) doesn't include even one attendance of any a-la-carte, you have to pay 25€ pro adult (kids free under 12 y.o))Water slides. 3 slides. Open twice a day within couple of hours. There is a separate pool for them, convenient. Sports bar. A bar tender Censan is very friendly and speaks foreign languages, so you will be always understood and gotten good service. Sometimes there are lines waiting for their drinks, but it doesn't bother. You may find different channels here, watch your favourite sports or just get soft or spirit beverages.Entertainment. There are a lot of people in the Animation team. Their manager speaks a few languages and organises good team work. Good shows, mini-disco attracts kids from all countries. There are Turkish, German, Spanish, English and russian songs.Mini-club for kids is new, good and it has got its own weekly program for free (such as quests, pizza-making, different games and many more), and some extra-charge activities such as Pirate's boat tour 3 times a week, sand painting, bag/T-shirt painting. The animators are friendly, helpful and polite. In the evenings after mini-discos children get their diplomas for I, II III places in daily games and competitions. The mini-club opening hours are 10:00-12:30, 14:30-17:00 and 21:00-23:00 so that the parents can enjoy evening shows or whatever. The entertainment show program is written for 2 weeks, but some shows repeat every week... so if you come for 2-3 weeks, you will be watching the same Turkish dance show or Comedy show whatever...would be great to have them varied.During day time they provide volleyball, water gym/aqua zumba, boccia, dance lessons, archery, water polo and yoga, some fitness/zumba. All the activities and program are given on the information board near the main pool, and that's where most of the noise and music is present. If you want to avoid any noise - there is a relax pool with no music and it's even forbidden to jump in that pool in order not to disturb others. The weird thing about most of the animation and other hotel staff is that everyone speaks to you russian whenever you come from. Even knowing you are of other nationality, they keep speaking it as if they don't know any other language. Or just pretend they don't see you/avoid you (even to say hello) in order not to speak English/German, very sad. But it's not all the team. It is international, so you can still find guys who speak English.During our stay I met Polish and German guests who were also bewildered by this language confuse. Nevertheless, the team makes good impression: friendly, not-annoying, polite and providing a lot of activities for all ages.Beach. The beach has got quite a lot of sunbeds, enough for those willing to stay at the beach. There are even signs of smoking and no-smoking areas, but unfortunately people don't pay attention and smoke everywhere, which annoys a lot as there are mainly families with kids, and I doubt that any parent wants his child to inhale those fumes. Could the hotel put more of those signs to let non-smokers with children breathe some fresh air? Could be great. Also, no-smoking areas could be provided in all places to eat - it's terrible when you and your kids are eating in the snack bar/patisserie/main restaurant, and there is someone next to you smoking (especially those 'very special' Turkish guests for whom the staff rapidly bring ash-trays even in no-smoking areas). The beach is often dirty - when you come in the morning to the beach, you find trash bins full of rubbish, dirty sunbeds with chocolate and/or birds' excrements... Some sunbeds are comfy with soft matresses, some pink ones are a bit out-of-date.There is no actual soft sand on the beach, it's mixed with stones and shells, from small to big ones. But it's Kemer region, everyone knows about Kemer beaches. Massage your legs or wear special shoes)))There are extra-charge comfortable pavilions on the beach: some for 75€ pro day (with its own bar and service) and some for 45€ pro day (without service) - in case you wanna have a special event or just relax separately.Spa-centre: free hammam and sauna for everyone; and other procedures extra-charge: peeling, massage and so on. Massages start from 30€ (leg massage 30 min). There is also a hairdresser's. Children usually make some colourful braids there.Beach towels are to be taken from the SPA center, so you anyway enter it every now and then))) In case your flight is at night and you check-out at noon, you may spend all day at the beach and then easily take shower in the SPA-centre, it's free. There is a fitness-centre for your workouts.House-keeping is the worst-working department. I already mentioned room and beach cleanliness, but the toilets are often in awful condition - in the reception, near the restaurant, near the relax pool - they can be hardly cleaned, lots of dirty toilet paper on the floor, no soap, only one tap working or soap-box out of order.Guests. Well, first week when we came the hotel seemed to be disappointing all under russians but then some other nationalities appeared: German, Lithuanian, Polish, Ukranian, Turkish...and it is great when there is such mix.The hotel is worth its money, it's compact and green; tasty and varied food, mainly friendly staff. Could be even better to have:- real no-smoking places, - more English-speaking staff - fresh orange juice in the mornings- and better housekeeping service.

    Review for Pirates Beach Club

    rating28 May 2026

We had an excellent stay at Pirate’s Beach Club. The hotel is great, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and we really enjoyed our holiday. The only thing I would improve is the beach — I loved that there is a volleyball beach, but there were some small stones in the sand, and I would prefer it to be just soft sand. What we liked the most were the animators. They always made the day fun with many activities, such as archery and other games. A special mention goes to Volodymyr, who was absolutely amazing — very professional, friendly, energetic, and the best animator we met. He made our stay even better.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to families.
