    Booked 20 days, could carry it just 4 days there out. Had to book other hotel, though I couldn’t get my money back, what I paid for this terrible hotel. They should give their license back. They have no knowledge how to keep the hotel and treat guests. Offer rooms with the sea view, but they don’t have it. No Wi-Fi in the room, which was in the offer also. Ants in the room. Breakfast very poor. The hotel management has allows itself to insult guests. No respect for the guests, who brings them salary. Shame on you! Absolut no go. I don’t recommend. I travel a lot. the worst hotel I've ever seen

    I have been here in May with a group of friends. The staying was absolutly great, thank to the super funny and competent Receptionist Alì! He always let us having fun (with some limits when needed) and let enjoy at best our staying at the hotel. If you are lucky you can meet sone Russian Girls in this hotel. The only bad thing is the Food, the poorest quality ever for which i suggest the management to do something about Ali Gürel, Genel Müdür at Prima Hotel, responded to this review Thanks Ludovico :)

    I had spent 2 wonderful weeks with my husband and 2 year old son in Side at a 5 star hotel when my son got really ill at the airport. So bad that we couldn't fly home to Sweden. So SOS International got us a hotel for the night and it turned out to be this hotel from hell. This is honestly the most disgusting hotel I've (been forced) to stay at. It was dirty, old, shabby, smelly and moldy. There was a hole in the curtains, the beed sheet was dirty, there was ashes from a cigarette under one of the beds. My son refused to go to the toilet and I don't blame him. I didnt shower that night nor did I go to the bathroom. We changed the hotel first thing in the morning.

    This is not an luxus hotel.If you are single it's ok and if you are lucky it's possible to meet with a nice russien girls.The room,the staff and the food is ok.There are stair to the sea about 100 meter away from the hotel and the pool is open almost all the time.There is a big mall near the hotel.

    We stayed here in July and it was awful, the food was all salads and pasta, often reheated and left uncovered. There were no signs saying what the food was. They charge you for burgers, pizza, chips etc.! The slides in the pool were only open for an hour per day.On arrival at 1am there was no food or drinks for us, and our flight was out was 10pm but they took our bands off us at 12 noon!I have never known a hotel like this, it is not AI it is a best a 1 star B&B avoid at all costs.
