  A fantastic location near old port, beautiful views, old wood and stone buildings around an emerald pool. Fantastic breakfast.They accommodated our group of 10 with no problem. Large number of rooms, so looks like they get busy during high season! Our room did not have a view, but very comfortable room, private bath, old Ottoman seating area down the veranda.

  Great location near Old Harbor, many shops and restaurants and historical sites. It was very easy to take a tram to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was bountiful. The room was comfortable and the shower modern. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

  Stayed here 3 nights and were very comfortable. Location is great for walking to restaurants and our room had a beautiful sea view as promised, Found the staff a bit aloof. Really liked the buffet breakfast next door at Nan Bistro- lots of cheeses, meats, deviled eggs, pastries and cereals to choose from. Room on small side but was clean and comfortable. Would recommend for location and breakfast definitely.

  Dishonest listing and terrible service – no sea view, just a ruined building

  I booked this hotel based on the description on Trip.com, which clearly stated that the room had a sea view. However, the reality was a complete lie. The photos in the listing are heavily photoshopped and bear no resemblance to the actual room.Instead of a sea view, our window faced directly into a neighboring ruined building – window to window. We also had a direct view of a broken, damaged roof with shattered tiles. To make it worse, the window faced the opposite direction from the sea.When we politely asked the hotel to resolve the issue, we were flatly refused. No room change, no discount, not even an apology. Instead, they blamed us for choosing the "wrong agent" on Trip.com and told us to solve the problem with the booking site ourselves. Absolutely unacceptable.Zero accountability, zero customer service. Do not believe the photos or the description. This hotel is a scam.   Construction noise Feral Cats + slugs 🐌
