  Avsalar Hotel Pyxic Point Hotel 4*,Tour Operator Intourist.ru from 15.07.2025-25.07.2025 On the tourvisor website,there was a description of the hotel that do not correspond to the reality, where the reconstruction in 2024 is described, in fact only in one main building and that is cosmetic, but it is not the main!!!On arrival 15.07.2025 on moved into 2 building on the 6th floor (although I asked below because my son is afraid of heights and lift)the room did not have a refrigerator and safe ,the toilet did not work (did not flush, sorry for the details) in the shower only cold water,washing facilities besides a small round soap with size 5 ruble coin, nothing else!!!after moving in, went to the store for shampoo,tooth.paste and brushes!cleaning in 9 days did not take place from the word at all, only eyeshadows were stolen and bepanten cream!well it is okay,the worst started afterwards, from 2 days in the hotel started fighting between Turks,why I do not know, since I do not speak Turkish,gendarmes arrived after 2 days, but when the terrible lines for lunch and dinner began day after day, I realized that it was all because of food,the lines gathered from 60 people an hour before lunch or dinner (in the morning I guess slept , there was no such horror)Plates and cutlery are always dirty,staff did not have time to clean and wash ,tables are all busy people went somewhere to eat, unless of course it reached them the turn, that put on this plate,fish and meat was not at all , chicken skins fried a couple of times saw , but again the line cannot stand.video of lines and fights in the phone is.,I will post in general inspection , so people know where not to go!!!!Son 11 years and after the sea is very eager to eat and the child does not eat all day, the line is not standing the child.   Loved this hotel. Very clean and good food as similar to most all inclusive in Turkey. The staff were lovely and we were really looked after by the owner and his friends. Great room and spacious balcony and we literally didn't lift a finger as everything done for us. Excellent private beach with lifeguard.

  Stopped in with the little one on 03.08. The barrier was not opened, we had to drag two suitcases 15 meters to the lobby and another 10 steps. The room is dirty: the mirrors are terribly wiped, the TV remote control is scary to hold. The air conditioner remote control had no cover, the batteries were falling out. There was water in the bathtub. I went to the reception at 5 p.m. and told about it, they were very surprised at the reception. The water was finally wiped off. Went out for a walk with my son, at 8 p.m. the water broke again. I went to the reception again, talked to the hotel administrator. She said about the dirt and the air conditioner remote control. They promised to fix everything. The next day - 04.08, there is still water in the room. I go to the reception again, again the surprise of the staff. It should be noted that they do not understand English, only pig-dog. The water was finally removed and the leak was repaired at 04.08.14. The bedspreads had holes, the hair dryer had a damaged cord. There are no shelves for cosmetics in the shower. The shower is stationary, it is difficult to wash the sand from the shower. There are slippery tiles on the floor in the shower, you have to be very careful. The music calls out until the 1st night, the animation is the same. Everything is sharpened under the gun. The feeling is like being in the Soviet Union. The restaurant is dirty, there are not enough utensils, there are constant queues.Sunbeds by the sea and the pool must be occupied at 06:30, at 7:00 all are already occupied. The hotel is in dire need of renovation. We were cleaned only once and not very much. Also, only once in 7 days, they changed the bed and gave new towels. There are just tins in the bar, not drinks, they totally give me a headache. A lot of people, especially Buryats.My son and I were thrown out of the hotel at 2 in the morning (the transfer was at 3) with a phone call - get out, the bus is already waiting for you. After 5 minutes, the cleaners were already knocking on the door. To my question, why is it so early - they told you that the transfer will be at 2 o'clock. I quickly got myself together, we went out into the lobby. At the reception, when I asked why it was so early, they lied to me that the guide had called them. We sat in the lobby for an hour and waited for the transfer. In the same lobby sat the family of ruzzni, who, obviously, sold our room. At 3 o'clock in the morning, I called the guide to ask about the bus, which was running late. The guide was sleeping. At 04:30 in the morning, we were taken to buy souvenirs. I do not recommend the hotel at all

  Employees against money..

  Wanted to spend 1 day in the hotel with my friends (dont need room). Want to pay money for spending time.Manager, who is sitting near reception, refused. Because: he doesnt need money, money doest solve anything.Nice thoughts for sales employee...Owner is really nice.. but staff.. im not sure..

  The hotel is located near the sea. But the line of the beach is very narrow and small. Free sun beds is very small, so we had early in the morning they took. The restaurant is not bad. The hotel has a great animation.
