  Very bad fly infested hotel with children and adults getting sickness bug straight away

  Where to start On arriving late at night reception booked us in quite fast, the hotel from outside looked really nice, and around reception area we was taken to our hotel room by a rude porter who complained the tip we gave wasn’t enough and held his hand out for more!! He was sent packing Room was nice for our family Woke up next morning went down for breakfast (if that’s what you call it ) we was a little late going down for breakfast 10am the dining room was totally fly infested was all over the open foods and fruits, we managed to get something well toast to be honest and a coffee went to get a second coffee but breakfast finishes at 10.30 and they turn off machines and take all the food away And turn off all lights so rude ! Over the week the food was repetitive and evening meals they have nothing that kids would eat so our kids evening meal was chips and bread.Flys all over the salads cheeses desserts and fruits For all inclusive definitely not worth it .By the second day my 7yr old granddaughter was being violently sick to the point we had to seek a doctor for her On speaking to other holidaymakers there was a sickness virus within this hotel As so many was ill to the point the 6th night my daughter was also very poorly with the sickness bug to a point we was unsure we would make our flight home the next day definitely food poisoning. That’s the dining experience!! Our second night stay we was woken at 1am with lots of shouting and screaming and banging a couple of rooms down from ours We eventually looked outside our door to see someone in handcuffs being led away by police The noise carried on with lots of shouting screaming and banging till 4am when my daughter went down to reception she saw police and ambulance there She advised reception manager that she had recorded all the noise after the arrest no apology the night manager told her to record is stalking !!She said I recorded it because my kids are terrified by the shouting and noise He gave no reply no apology nothing !!Drunks continued over the course of the week making noise till almost 4am nightly and frequent police late at night my grandchildren were too scared to sleep or unable to sleep A woman staying at the hotel went to give a sick child a yellow pill just randomly again this was brushed off by reception A drunk Russian dad beat up his 11yr old son infront of people staying there !! And various other horrible events happened people slipping over in dining room and the hotel staff don’t care Security beat up a woman the list goes on Our bed was not changed once throughout the week Except once when my granddaughter was sick in bed during the night after trying to call reception with no reply I went downstairs the staff are outside smoking I explained what happened and waited a hour before the bedding was brought to our room so our sick child couldn’t lie back down for a hour.The drink for all inclusive is cheap local petrol tasting alcohol So we didn’t really get to drink much at all apart from water lemonade and Pepsi Overall I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel It should only be a 2* rating The hotel shop is extortionate 2 bags crisps 4 chocolate bars and 2 cordial drinks £26 and rude staff And although it’s not part of EU both hotel and local shops prices are in euros Most don’t want Turkish lira and if they do they are ripping you off unless you do your own conversion Helpful staff one young lady in dining room learning English is very polite A chef from kitchen polite helpful and kind and a lifeguard also kind helpful and polite The rest are rude and very unhelpful Stay away from this hotel if your looking for a fun filled family holiday As soon as your arrive you have to pay for WiFi per mobile or kids iPads one passcode per item Only free WiFi is in lobby and signal is terrible Be careful on your balconies they are only fixed with adhesive and very unsafe And your hounded by staff from morning for either sauna tattoo or other things so you don’t get to lay by the freezing cold pool in peace The worst holiday we have ever had and once this hotel has had your money your treated with such disrespect And if like us had to be awake in early hours for transfer to hotel the lifts are out of service so 4 heavy cases and 4 bags had to be heaved down the stairs Avoid at all costs as management messages in reply to these reviews make out they are so sorry but the reality is appallingly different And if you write your review whilst still on holiday your made to remove it and sign a paper to say you won’t write a review if you don’t sign you will be asked to leave this happened to another family staying there at the same time as us on 29th October till 5th November 😡

  A very beautiful location, don’t pay attention to the negative reviews. We were worried when we arrived, but here we discovered warm and welcoming young people. The menu is very rich and meets all expectations. There’s plenty of food of all kinds, both in the morning and especially at lunch and dinner. Dedicated hours for ice cream, pastries, and the snack bar; plenty of beer and alcoholic drinks, and there are also entertainers for the kids. Water slides and the pool are great for families.

  Spent a week here in March to celebrate my birthday unfortunately it was not the best birthday I’ve ever had. This hotel does not compare with its other 4 star counterparts at all. Reception staff were very rude and unhelpful and to be fair we were only requesting our room to be cleaned after 4 days of putting the clean room sign on the door and it not being done. After we finally got sick of dirty bedding, towels and no toilet rolls we thought it was time to mention it to reception. There is a company in reception renting out quads, buggies ect … we booked and paid in full to be refused the quad on the day… apparently we hadn’t paid ! After a big dispute and demanding to see the cctv in the hotel lobby we managed to get some of our money back … but not all of it so be wary of booking anything through the hotel it’s like one big con, and they all back each other … we were not the only ones in the same situation There are some beautiful 4 star hotels in turkey …. This is not one of them you are shafted at every turn All inclusive drinks are all terrible but they do have a cocktail bar on site it’s expensive but very nice The only plus side to hotel was the food I thought for an all inclusive in turkey it wasn’t too bad but many other people disagreed All in all a very disappointing trip, we will definitely not be returning

  Very friendly staff, overall very happy with the service I received. I’m especially happy with the bar staff Ismail is the best so welcoming & always ready to serve. Such a sweet & kind guy!! I will be coming back in the near future as I also enjoyed the Spa! 💯👌🏽 😊

  The most good and pleasant part of my stay was the visit in SPA center.Extremely kind and very professional team. They make you feel like aspecial and VIP client. But the most important -really good professionals . Special Thanks to their boss -Mahmud , who helps me much with my back pain and after the massages I feel like a new.
