  A great hotel, impressed by the work of its staff. Especially sincere wishes to the bartender ALI, who has been delighting us with his professional work for the second year, delicious cocktails, excellent communication in several languages, even Lithuanian, sincere, friendly, hardworking and truly loving his job, we returned here only because of him, worthy of a promotion and significant appreciation. RUKEN - a waitress, a wonderful girl, it was fun to be friends with her all vacation, always helpful, smiling, an infinitely hardworking and responsible girl, we are glad to have met her️ And many others who gave service attention and good mood - THANK YOU to all of them for making the vacation memorable, from the room gift to the fun evenings.   Amazing staff

  We have been vacationing in Turkey for almost 20 years and have stayed in both better and worse hotels, but Rubi Platinum Resort & Spa truly won us over with the sincerity and kindness of its staff. Throughout all 10 days, we felt genuinely cared for. The staff are highly professional, polite, and respectful — truly top-level service.I would especially like to thank Mehmet from the reception team. Even after we had checked out and already left the hotel, he responded to my request regarding a gold bracelet I had accidentally left behind. When I had almost no hope of getting it back, he found it and organized its delivery to Lithuania. The people working here are truly honest and wonderful.The food was excellent, the imported drinks were of very good quality, and the cleanliness and service were impeccable. We will definitely return here, especially because of the amazing staff.   A great premium experience at Rubi Platinum SPA & Resort!

  I am writing this review directly from the hotel. I must say that Rubi Platinum delivers an outstanding, top-tier "Ultra All Inclusive" experience. The stunning White&Blue architecture creates an incredible atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Everything here is designed for a perfect vacation and the level of hospitality is truly impressiveThe highlights:The food quality in the main restaurant is great. A special shout-out must go to the separate Patisserie - desserts, sandwiches and delicious coffee will allow you to enjoy a great view on the terrace right next to the patisserie, overlooking the sea and the pool The beverage service is solid, and the UAI concept fully respects premium imported brands. The bartenders in both the lobby and pool bars are real professionals who do a great jobThe waiters and waitresses are active, polite, beatiful and full of positive energyThe Guest Relations team is also highly professional and always welcoming. They strive to do everything to ensure a wonderful vacation and respond to every request quickly and efficiently. The private bay beach is beautifully protected from waves, the pier is clean and well-organized and the Wi-Fi coverage is exceptionally stable and fast across the entire propertyBy the way, despite the overall excellence, there are just a few minor technical details that, unfortunately, could be improved to make the resort absolutely flawless:A quick note on rooms: the street-facing rooms can suffer from heavy traffic noise, as the window soundproofing doesn't fully block the road noise. Also, for those staying on the 5th floor like me (I am currently staying in 1510 room), the water pressure in the shower can be quite weak sometimes (the staff mentioned the pumps struggle a bit with the upper floors)Finally, while the interior design is beautiful, some parts of the wallpaper in the lobby and rooms are slightly peeling and could use a quick cosmetic touch-upAlso, nature lovers will appreciate the local wildlife, though I did spot quite a few lizards running around the pool area right next to the chaise lounges (which shocked me and scared AS HELL). None of this spoils the vacation, but fixing these details would elevate the hotel to perfectionSPECIAL THANKS TO THE TEAM. I would like to personally thank a few exceptional staff members who keep making my stay genuinely brilliant with their amazing attitude:Sinan - for the great attitude to details, coffee, professional service and radiant energy.Ali (beach bar, tall guy) - for a delicious mocktails and friendly-vibe.Gizem - for the lovely coffees and smiles that brightens every guests day. An absolutely stunning, polite and professional worker.The girl with curly blonde hair from Guest Relations - she gave us a wonderful, polite welcome and helped us with every single request. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay amazing!Conclusion:Rubi Platinum is a magnificent resort that deserves the highest praise.   Amazing , relaxing , comfortable vacation !

  It was our second stay at Rubi Hotel, and it was just as wonderful as the first one. We travelled as a group of eight people and initially experienced some confusion regarding our rooms, but the Front Office Manager handled the situation exceptionally well. He demonstrated outstanding customer service, remaining professional, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay.The hotel facilities were excellent, and both the food and drinks met a very high standard. Overall, we had a fantastic experience.The only disappointing aspect of our stay was the behaviour of the bartender, Ali. Although he is clearly experienced and confident in his role, his attitude towards guests of certain nationalities could be improved. At times, while serving some guests, he would speak in his own language in front of them or behave in a dismissive manner, while interacting much more warmly with guests from other countries. This created the uncomfortable impression that he was mocking or excluding certain people. We found this behaviour unprofessional and discourteous. The rest of the staff were professional, polite, and always willing to help whenever needed. I would like to thank the entire team at Rubi for their hospitality and care, especially the reception manager Kubilay Aptas and Mareen from Guest Services, who made our stay even more enjoyable.
