Location

The hotel is situated on the shores of the Turkish Riviera, right on the beach. Alanya city centre is approximately 12 km away and Konakli shopping centre is 500 m from the hotel. Antalya airport is some 110 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 671 rooms located in a 6-storey main building and an auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The resort offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. 7 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a babysitting service (for a fee), a childcare service, medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a page service, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Bicycle storage for no extra charge is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well. A business centre with projector and photocopier is available. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 4 conference rooms.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. A balcony with a partial sea view is included in most units and encourages guests to linger a while. Most units have a sea view. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. There is also a minibar and a desk or, for an additional fee, a safe. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball and basketball. With aquafit or, for a fee, water skiing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, banana boat rides, sailing, snorkelling, diving and parasailing available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a spa, a beauty salon, massage treatments, acupuncture, anti-ageing treatments, aromatherapy and cellulite treatment. Third-party operators offer aromatherapy and cellulite treatment. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can dine in 4 restaurants, which have air conditioning and high chairs as well as smoking and non-smoking areas. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include all-inclusive and all-inclusive special. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks and live cooking, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. For breakfast (continental), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for dinner). Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. Baby food (no extra charge) provides for little ones' well being. For guests, international brands are included.

    It was our first time staying here in Saphir hotel & villas. It was a great vacation week. Great location right on the beach.Staff was amazingly entertaining. We were surprised that some of the staff spoke lithuanian. That is a big bonus while searching for a place to stay. Epecially when languages is not your stronger side. Bartenders Mindaugas and Dominykas created the best experience and we will consider coming back for that. It is truely fastinating how fluent they are in lithuanian and how much interest they show in our culture. We saw many guests coming 5th or 6th time here. No wonder why :) We stayed in Villa. We had two separate rooms, but quality was so-so. There was a smell of mold and one room had a dent in the wall. Odd. Cleaning was done every day, but minibar wasn't filled at all. Other than that, I thing it was decent. Hotel could invest in some new blankets. These had a smell as well. I think we were just at the beginning of the season, because none of the water slides were operating. All over the hotel living lots of cats and they even have a tiny houses built for them. There is a tip box in the reception for cats. Which is nice! Also we figured that other tip boxes were for sheffs and managers? That's a shame, cause waiters and bartenders were doing all the job (and an amazing job for a fact). Make sure to tip them directly if you want to say a special thanks! :) The only down was all the russians that were loud and rude. And there is this strange drunk russian man walking everywhere, that is not pleasant to see or meet him and he seems this place to look kind of poorly. Other than that - recommend!     Lovely entertainmet team and irritating russians.

    Lovely entertainment team, bar, restaurant and reception staff were pretty good too. Guest relations person was a bit frustrating to deal with when booking an ale carte restaurant. We stayed at an unfortunate, during the russian May 9th celebrations so the russians were even more irritating to deal with, blasting loud music everywhere and beeing extremely rude to other guests.     I really enjoyed my vacation at this hotel, all the staff greeted me nicely. It was great that there were bartenders who spoke Lithuanian. I liked the animation team the most, the vacation was even better with them, we seemed to have become friends with them. They know their job and do it perfectly. Since we are from Lithuania, it was nice that the animation staff Mado and Bibo learned the basic Lithuanian words and greeted us in Lithuanian every morning. It is very sad that Mado was not working on our last day. I also liked Selena's energy. It is very difficult to leave.
