  We had a good overall stay at the hotel. The territory is beautiful and spacious, cocktails are very good, and there are many fun activities during the day. We especially enjoyed the Zumba classes.The animation team is amazing — very friendly, attentive, and always communicating with guests. Special thanks to Nelly and Jusuf angel for making the atmosphere so enjoyable. We make zumba ,yoga with nelly together and we play voleyball with yusuf However, there were some problems with the room and reception. The key cards often did not work, so we sometimes could not enter the room. Also, the minibar was not refilled as promised, and housekeeping only made the beds without properly cleaning the room.   Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel, but there were a few issues with the reception and room service. We experienced several problems with our room key cards — they often didn’t work, and we had to wait outside the room multiple times until the issue was fixed. We were also told that the minibar would be refilled every day, but unfortunately it was never restocked during our stay. Housekeeping mainly just made the beds, while the room itself was not properly cleaned or refreshed.However, the entertainment and activities at the hotel were really great. There was always something happening, and we especially loved the Zumba classes — they were so much fun! The animation team deserves special praise because they are truly amazing. They interact with every guest, always come to talk, ask how you are doing, and make everyone feel included and welcome.A special thank you to Nelly and angel very very thxx — they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and caring towards the guests. You can really see that they love what they do.The hotel area itself is beautiful and spacious, with plenty of nice spots for photos and relaxing walks. It was also very convenient that there was no need to wake up early and reserve sunbeds.   Best holiday , best hotel , food , drinks , rooms all amazing :) the animation team so friendly , especially Nelly , you can’t be bored in this hotel :) you can find everyday activities, yoga , Zumba kids club , ahh we gonna miss you all ! ! We wanted take her home !   “Michelin-level cakes and a bus-stop view balcony” 🤣🍰🚍

  Beautiful hotel, amazing cakes… but the room matters more than you thinkWe stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and overall had a very enjoyable holiday.The hotel area is truly beautiful – full of greenery, very clean and clearly well maintained. You can feel that the gardeners do their work with love, and it creates a calm and pleasant atmosphere throughout the resort.Service is excellent. Staff are friendly, smiling and genuinely kind, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.Food is very good and varied, and the presentation deserves a solid 5+.And the cake masters… absolutely outstanding! We have not had such beautiful and delicious cakes in years. Truly impressive – Michelin-level in our opinion. We might need a diet after this holiday 😉A special highlight is the outdoor coffee and cake café – with its stone wall, flowing water and flowers, it is simply magical.However, there was one important downside that affected our overall experience – the room.We had a two-room family room on the second floor with a street view. One of the rooms had a very small window, almost non-existent. Sitting on the balcony was not comfortable, as the view was towards the street, bus drivers and the security gate. While the room is not the most important part of a holiday, it still plays a significant role and remains in memory.Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell in the room at the beginning of our stay. After mentioning it several times, we were given an air freshener. Considering that the hotel was not fully occupied, we were surprised that a room change was not offered instead.Interestingly, after a couple of days the smell disappeared, so it seems that the issue was eventually resolved.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the effort the hotel team puts into creating such a beautiful and welcoming environment.But for us, the room experience is something that would need improvement before we would consider returning.   We had so much fub we had a great time and we are thinking of coming again. There were great activities and games for the kids the mink club was super.
