Meals

The dining area includes a lobby bar. Catering is provided by 3 buffet and à-la-carte restaurants (equipped with high chairs for children and air conditioning). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast buffet provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.     “Worst Family Vacation Ever – Total Waste of Money!”

    The worst hotel I have ever stayed at with my child!I stayed here with my child from July 5 to July 16, and it was a complete disaster.We arrived late in the evening and were not checked in until 11:30 PM. The first room had a broken air conditioner, and the staff was slow and indifferent.Basic services are missing. Drinking water was either not provided or just one small bottle for two people. Towels and bed linen were rarely changed, cleaning was superficial, and the room smelled musty.No entertainment or activities for children at all. On weekends there was absolutely nothing to do.The room was in terrible condition: old furniture, broken hairdryer, empty soap dispenser, faulty outlets. The food was poor, repetitive, and sometimes didn’t look fresh. The dining area was crowded and dirty.The photos online are misleading – in reality, the hotel is old, neglected, and definitely does not match its star rating.And the worst part? This “vacation” cost 2000 euros – and it’s completely unclear what we paid for. No comfort, no proper service, no safe conditions for a child.I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel. If you value your time, money, and nerves – choose another place!

    A nice place to spend a week of holiday

    We stayed for a week with my daughter and really enjoyed. The comfort room for one was big enough for the two of us. It had a nice view to the pool area and we could see the sea. The hotel was nice and the staff friendly enough. The main language was obviously German and so was the majority of the people staying in the hotel, but we did manage fine with English and it didn’t bother us. The food was tasty and the were plenty of options to choose from. If you want to book a table to the a la carte -restaurant I recommend to do it right away after arrival. We were too late to get a table, but that didn’t really bother us in the end. We went to the beach a couple of times, it’s near and also they provide free shuttle service. There was free sun beds also at the beach and the same kind of food than in the snack bar at the hotel. Luckily my daughter had swimming shoes with her since the beach is rocky and it might have been difficult for her to swim otherwise. There was always some show or party at the hotel in the evening and it tended to be quite noisy, still we slept well. I could consider coming here again!

    Overall very good hotel. Its a bit outtdated but price and quality wise it's great. It's quite German focused so keep that in mind while visiting. The buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner is great. Lots of options to choose from. Lunch is also fine but most of the time quite the same. If you stay 7 days or longer you can make a reservation in one of the two a la carte restaurants. We did in the Italian and weren't dissapointed. Special thanks to Yasin and his amazing service. 2 pools with sunbeds and terraces are good. Only downside is that a lot of guests can't read the rules or feel like they have more rights (lol) and reserve A LOT of sunbeds early in the morning. Walk to the beach is about 5-10 minutes or you can take a shuttle. I would recommend taking some water shoes because of the rocks in the water. I was told they are old ruïns so can't do much about them. Animation team does their best to be included with the guests and take time to talk to them. Quite some activities during the day and evening with shows or games. Thanks to Mulla and his awesome energy and also thanks to Araz, you're very kind and friendly. Loved your DJ skills at the foam party. Most important part is the staff. Once they get to know you they are amazing. They do their best to make your stay a wonderfull time. Special thanks to Murat, Yusef and Nahsan from the restaurants!Tip: take the Dolmuş for €1,- p.p. to Side town. It's beautiful.

    Our stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with some notable highlights and a few drawbacks.Pros:Room Air Conditioning: The air conditioning in the rooms was excellent, keeping them cool and comfortable throughout my stay.Food Snackbar: The food snackbar was a convenient and tasty option for quick bites.Number of Pools: There are several pools on the property, providing plenty of options for relaxation and fun.Beach Towels: The hotel offers beach towels, which is a great convenience.Free Shuttle to Beach: The free shuttle service to the beach was a fantastic perk, making it easy to enjoy the nearby coastline.Customer Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience.Location: The hotel is nicely located, with easy access to local shops on the main road.Entertainment: The shows were entertaining and added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.Lobby/Reception Seating: The seating in the lobby and reception area was comfortable and ideal for relaxation.Cons:No Indoor Pool: Unfortunately, the indoor pool was unavailable due to an incident, which was a bit disappointing.WiFi Connection: The WiFi connection was not strong, making it difficult to stay connected.Language Barrier: Many entertainment and staff seemed catered to German guests as they only spoke German, which made it challenging for us English-speaking visitors.Gym Equipment: The gym equipment was outdated, and the carpeted flooring was not ideal for workouts.Although the hotel is rated 4-star, we would’ve honestly rated it 3-star. Despite a few cons, the pros outweighed them, and I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

    I do not recommend this hotel! dirt in the rooms, dirty towels, cracked walls, not to mention the staff who know very little English, they treat you with superiority and the waiters in the restaurant look down on you, most of them only speak German, as for the food, almost every day you find the same kind of food. If you are young, I recommend you look for something else because there are only families with children and elderly people
