Location

This family-friendly hotel is located in Side, by the seaside and close to the city centre. Antalya Airport is approximately 65 km from the hotel.

Facility

The resort was built recently, in 2021. The resort has 356 rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by 6 lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops as well. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park (subject to availability). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a page service. Guests can also use the bicycle storage facilities. A business centre with projector and photocopier is available. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 2 conference rooms.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. Other features include a telephone and a flatscreen television with satellite channels. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable night's sleep. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. There is a poolside snack bar as well. For guests who wish to keep active, bocce and beach volleyball are available. The water sports offered include water aerobics. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, callisthenics, aerobics and table football. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a bar and a lobby bar. Catering is provided by 4 buffet and à-la-carte restaurants (with high chairs for children). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special can be booked. A generous and varied breakfast buffet (also for early birds and late risers) guarantees a great start to the day. At breakfast and dinner, guests serves themselves at the generous buffet. Diet meals, children's meals and halal food can be prepared on request. Baby food provides for little ones' well being. The resort also offers snacks. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    After our holiday it was ruined by the FOOL behind the reception.We got ourselves ready to leave and waited for information on our checkout. We were in plain view of the DOPE but he chose to ignore us. After we were eventually informed of our checkout time we were then told we were being charged an extra 40euro for checking out LATE!!! We had no info about checkout times at all. Not even on our door card that he had wrote on.Cocky Arrogant Kid informed us that we wouldn’t be able to leave without paying the fine. Reluctantly we have paid but won’t be coming back here again. Crap food , no English speaking staff and the attitude of the Jobsworth put a downer on the holiday . Turkey/Side was amazing.     - Cockroaches !!! we found in our room. There were a lot in the morning, all of them were almost dead.- Poor Air Conditioners. We were with friends and occupied few rooms (economy & standard). Air conditioners worked bad in all cases.- Poor quality of room cleaning. Even not every day!!!- Poor level languages (English / Russian) staff have - Poor service and staff scills.- Sometimes there were terrible smell on food court.

    Much to improve

    Pros: * Most visitors were quiet German people, no night drinking, no quarrels, it was a pleasure to spend time with them* Rooms clean* Nice people work there* Very good vegetables and a wide choice of themCons: * Dirty beach, a lot of cigarette buds everywhere* Part of the hotel beach is taken by a water sports company and (!!!!) people from there clean their cars on the beach (see pictures) - I could not believe that, Turkey wants to go to the UE and accepts things like that???* Poor meat choice* Swimming pool cleaning took place while swimming pool was still open (see pictures, taken at 5:30 p.m.) and yes, the 220V cable was sometimes dropping into water when people where inside!!!!!* Not even manager spoke English well enough to understand the above problem...General notes:* The lowest standard 4* hotel I've ever been to* Sea view means a side sea view* Rooms above the bar can be noisy at night* When hotel got full after three days of our stay, it was too crowded and not that comfortable NEPTUN_HOTELS, Halkla İlişkiler Müdürü at Elysium Side Bella, responded to this review Dear Guest; Thank you for your interest in our hotel.     Disappointed & nor what we expected

    Arrived at hotel around midnight, not welcomed with a " how was your journey" or " welcome" but " if you want room you requested you pay E70 now !!"Not the best start. As we refused to pay extra we were put in a land view room. Very basic, no luxuries. Small shower,no bath, tiny sink. However the room was clean.Food was OK. Very repetitive though and was never hot especially the outside diner where they cooked pizza, chips and burgers. These were cooked and left in containers with a tealight under them and not re filled until they were all gone.Day 5 we woke to the sound of glass breaking and banging. We checked outside and were amazed to see the hotel next door being demolished!!!No way is this a 4*hotel compared to others. I would say 2-3* at the most.
