Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, families, young people and singles, this hotel lies in Alanya, not more than fifty metres from the hotel's private sandy beach.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2023. The resort has a lift and features 170 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include medical assistance, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Some rooms include a balcony. Guests may securely store their valuables in a safe. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. Other features include a telephone, satellite television and WiFi.     I do not recommend this hotel, dirt, damaged bathrooms, lack of animation, the only positive things I remember are the bartenders and the service at the reception. the same food over and over again with no variety and additionally the smell in the hotel.

    We spent one week at this hotel. Opinions and photos beautiful. In Real… Rooms old and dirty. Shower cubicle for disinfection. Russian and German music. hotel staff do not speak english. Food very poor, hard to find a real piece of meat. Beach very run down. The neighborhood is empty, unfortunately there is nowhere for those who would like to go out. For an allinclusive 4 star hotel you have to pay $ 15 a day per person to use the wi fi it's terrible. The hotel pool really saves this hotel. I am sorry to say it, but for this price I will not go back there.

    I have been to lot of places event stayed in many 4 star this is not 4 star hotel .hotel is dirty and not safe for anyone to stay in .lift is dirty it’s not safe for anyone to use that lift .we were given two rooms to our horror stain and dirt all over the room .shower was filthy as anything i have ever seen .place not adequate for any average living standard never mind for holiday .soon as I got into room went down to reception,But gentleman at receptionist said all the rooms are same .within few hours I found another hotel which was stunning yes it was 5 star .but for four star this was advertised at look at the picture it can never be 4 star MR M Lakhi

    Worst hotel experience we have ever had, could of cried... actually I did !! Awful! Booked all inclusive 2 adults 2 children, arrived just after 9pm to be told there was no food available? 2 young children after a long travelling day it was definately not good enough... not only that its in the middle of nowhere with no where to purchase food outside the hotel either. Lift was so tiny u could literally get 2 people in without suitcase no air conditioning working in 38 degree heat not good. Definately not a 4 star hotel! After getting out the lift we were then told our bedroom was up another few floors but the lift doesn't go up that far so we had to carry our heavy suitcases up more flights of stairs with two young children what a joke! The room had no air conditioning working, only one bed available for our children even though we had paid for 2... the room was small, no air conditioning working in the room. Paid for a sea view also opened the sliding door there was literally soace for 1 person and it was definitely not safe for children with a steep drop. We were tired but could not stay there. Went down stairs to complain about the room and was shown another room so our children had a bed ! By this time we were so tired we just wanted some where to sleep. Second room was bigger no sea view but wasn't bothered... bathroom toilet was dirty had stains... there was also a telephone in the bathroom with wires hanging out the wall, this was definately not safe! So disappointing. In the morning we went to get some breakfast.... there was hardly anything to eat 😕 !! Sat down dirty broken furniture in the eating area. 😩 tried to stay positive so it didn't affect our little ones holiday! Decided this was definately not somewhere we could enjoy or stay for the week. Had to pay for WiFi also ! Per device... so we could contact relatives in the UK to help find alternative accommodation. Not sure where all the positive reviews have come through but we have never stayed anywhere as bad as this. Really disappointed!

    We arrived almost at midnight. The room for us was next to the kitchen. All dirty trolleys with food were in a corridor. Our room smells as the smoking area. Wall was all damaged. After one houre they find other room for us. Better but still OMG . We wanted to cry. Dirty shower. Damages in a sink. But still better than first option. Now staff is not experienced with serving people. Eating lunch and they are taking plate away on the sane time whilst you chewing last bit of the food. Drinks are small glases. But Russian customers having better treatment. Everyone speaks some russian language but hardly any english. Bar during the day have only one person behind so nonstop queue for any drink. Very disappointed with most of the things. As the matter of fact the price was not the cheapest the service is poor. I took only 2 pictures as I really wanted to cry.
