    Yasmen was very kind and very polite with us. She was very lovely too, trying to make our experience the best and always there for us incase we needed help or something else. She made our holiday great!

    The hotel was shocking, before going I had read some ok and some bad reviews, but thought I'd still give it a go. In reading up on the hotel of read that there are mini fridges, a private beach and evening entertainment these are just a handful of the things that were not there. Got to my room the bed was sunken in and half the furniture was broken or hanging off. There was a TV in my room but it did not work the phone was unplugged and tossed in the cupboard. Some guests while I was there had issues with their air conditioning it was making loud noises and not working so staff came in and crammed it full of tissue to hold it open and were told parts were on order and would be fixed the next day, it wasn't. Others requested fridges and took 4-5 days for them to get one then when one did turn up it was moldy and falling apart. Most of the staff were friendly. The food was far from Continental, some days I ate there but there wasn't much choice to pick from.There is an old guy that hangs around the bar area who was very aggressive and actually hit one of the bar staff one evening, he left but was allowed back in that evening and continued to disrupt staff and other holiday makers, should have kicked him out for good.one last concern is the staff tried to unblock a toilet near the pool area with a hose pipe, when finished with that hose it was tossed into the pool to clean it off.... If you do decide to go, go with caution

    Air con didn’t work so they rammed toilet paper in it to keep the blades open which caused it to click constantly, leak in the bathroom from the room above which they told me they couldn’t do anything about, breakfast was the same every single day and the food in the evening was cold!

    The staff here were very friendly towards me even though I was the only English person in my group the receptionist and the barman in particular The room was good and shower hot and strong Only fault was underneath the bed was in need of cleaning but everything else was clean and you don’t sleep under the bed hahaI would stay here again just remember you have to pay for air conditioning but it is only £4 a day so not a lot in my opinion

    Cheap budget hotel. Friendly staff. Great pool. I stayed for 16 nights my room was cleaned 15 times. Air-conditioning is €3 extra a night. Music is loud by the pool, but that happens in most Turkish hotels. Didn't eat here, but the Turkish breakfast looked nice. I read some of the other reviews and wasn't expecting much, but it was fine.
