Location

Located approximately 5 km from the centre of Belek, this beach hotel is ideal for parents with children.

Facility

English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The resort offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, 24-hour room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hairdresser. A business centre with fax machine and photocopier is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A telephone, satellite television and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis and darts or, for a fee, billiards. A range of wellness facilities, such as a spa, a sauna and a hammam, are offered at the resort. For a fee, guests can also take advantage of a spa and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including 4 restaurants, a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special is offered as a catering option. A generous and varied breakfast buffet (also for early birds and late risers) provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The resort also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

However, we would like to kindly inform you that we offer late-night soup and mini breakfast service between 00:00 and 02:00 for all our guests. In addition, room service is available for an extra charge, and guests may order from the menu provided in the room.Please also note that all restaurant opening and closing hours, as well as the services included in our concept, are clearly shared on our official website and through the booking platforms provided by our partners.Had we been informed in advance about your late arrival by email, we would have gladly arranged a dinner plate for you and your family, even outside of the standard concept hours. Guest satisfaction and requests are always very important to us, and we always do our best to assist whenever possible.We would also like to respectfully mention that our hotel is not located in an isolated area.     A hidden gem in Belek

    Honestly we had such an enjoyable stay. We were party of five with my mum joining us. The hotel was spotless, very imposing in the public areas and nice modern design in the rooms. The animation team was a special highlight as we often got the one-on-one attention and enjoyed some aqua classes just for me and my mum. Hammam and massage packages are not to be missed, they were very satisfying. Restaurant was great and getting food almost at any point was easy. The beach shuttles were going every ten minutes, beach bar was just renovated and we thoroughly enjoyed a couple of days on the beach.I would rate entertainment as three stars but we were coming in the end of April so not in full swing obviously and yet we still had a blast at the discos and some incredible shows. The only thing we would improve would be lunch boxes on the transfer day, and I would suggest uniform towels across the board . However everything else felt like truly inspiring experience, very relaxing and welcoming.     Far From Premium: Disappointing Service and Poor Hospitality

    We stayed for 7 nights at the Sensitive Premium Resort & Spa in August/September 2025 as a group of 13 (four families). N.B. This is a 8 month late review.Arrival & Check-inOur flight with Sun Express was smooth and the transfer was punctual and professional. Unfortunately, our welcome at the hotel was disappointing. We were greeted at 1 a.m. by a visibly frustrated male receptionist who rushed us through check-in. Two families were given temporary rooms and told to change the next day, which meant we spent most of the following morning sorting out room allocations. Despite requesting rooms in the same block, we were placed at opposite ends of the hotel.Food & DiningThe food quality was decent but repetitive with little variety. Many dishes were not labeled clearly, and as a vegetarian I had an unpleasant experience finding chicken in a “vegetarian” dish. While staff apologized, it was explained away as another guest using the wrong spoon. This was frustrating and concerning. For vegetarians, options are very limited and cross-contamination is an issue (e.g., bread/toast area shared with meat items). Also, basic requests like baked beans for breakfast were only honored twice in our entire stay.Booking the à la carte restaurant was stressful. I queued for an hour to secure a table for 13, only to be told by the guest relations manager (Yasgul) that it was “impossible.” Her communication was unprofessional and rude, though eventually, after much insistence, we were accommodated.Staff & ServiceNot all staff were the same. Special mention goes to:Semhah (guest relations), who was kind and helpful and professional.The daytime receptionist (tall young man) very respectful and understanding.Huseyin in the kitchen always tried to help and find alternative recommendations.The hardworking team clearing tables were prompt and clearly focused on their work.On the other hand, language barriers were a frequent issue. Some staff gave wrong information simply because they couldn’t understand English, for example, I was told bathrobes were “not available,” only to find out on the last night of our stay that they could have been requested.Extras & ToursThe hotel photo service is expensive (€10 per photo). Make sure to negotiate beforehand, as costs can easily add up. We also booked a tour via Isak and Murat (both polite and helpful), but our driver rushed through the itinerary, cutting the trip short. Please note the tour bookings done by the above are independent of the hotel even though they will be sat in the hotel lobby.SpaThe hammam and massage were the highlight of our trip—excellent and highly recommended.OverallThis is not a “premium” hotel, despite its name. We didn’t expect luxury, but basic hospitality, such as a friendly check-in, better food variety, and respectful guest service was lacking. The spa was wonderful, but overall the hotel has a lot to improve, especially in staff training, guest services, and communication.
