Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this hotel is located in Alanya and is about 400 m from the beach. It is about 15 km to the centre. The nearest airport is Gazipasa (GZP), located about 60 km away. Antalya (AYT) Airport is approximately 100 km away.

Kids can splash around in one of the 3 children's pools. A waterslide guarantees plenty of fun for young and old, and the pool bar provides sustenance and refreshing drinks. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards and darts. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a hammam and hydrotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a spa and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and a nightclub.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including 5 restaurants, a café, a bar, a pub and a lobby bar. All-inclusive special is offered as a catering option. A breakfast for early birds and late risers, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes. The hotel also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Huge disappointment – this hotel is nowhere near 5 stars!

    Introduction:Our stay at this hotel Senza was a massive disappointment. We expected the standards of a 5-star resort, but the reality felt closer to a mediocre 3-star property.Room and Bathroom Condition:The room cleaning was absolutely catastrophic. The floors were never properly vacuumed or mopped, leaving sand everywhere throughout our stay. On top of that, the housekeeping failed to replenish basic toiletries—we were left with no liquid soap and had to strictly ration our toilet paper.The worst part, however, was the condition of the bathroom, which was shocking right from day one. The shower head was heavily covered in limescale and dust. There was visible mold and grime in the corners and around the shower enclosure, as can be seen in the attached photos. The overall impression was made worse by incredibly sloppy and cheap renovation work, with details hastily covered up with silicone or paint (for example, around the door frames). To top it all off, a foul, unbearable sewage smell constantly came out of the shower drain.Room Amenities:There was no mosquito net on the window, making it impossible to properly ventilate the room. The air conditioning was technically working, but it was completely unadjustable. It either ran on the absolute minimum setting (15°C), turning the room into a freezer, or it didn't work at all.Food, Snacks, and Fake All-Inclusive:The food in the main restaurant was poor and incredibly repetitive. It was just chicken prepared in different ways over and over again. There was a complete lack of fresh fruit, and the desserts were so sickeningly sweet they were practically inedible. The snacks provided at the aquapark and the beach bar were a total disaster. At the beach, there was nothing to eat except a terrible, cheap "DIY" burger—consisting of the lowest-quality bun and withered vegetables. As for the drinks at the beach bar, they only served watery beer that felt like it had zero alcohol, basic flavored soda, and awful white and rosé wine.The entire "All-Inclusive" concept is completely fake. You have to pay extra for almost everything—the Wi-Fi is very expensive, fresh orange juice at breakfast comes with an extra charge, and the same applies if you want to visit the themed à la carte restaurants.The Elevator Nightmare:The elevator system was a complete catastrophe. There were only two elevators available for the entire building, which was already way below capacity. The doors took forever to close, the movement between floors was incredibly slow, and the "smart" control system was completely brainless, sending the lifts up and down illogically. We repeatedly warned the reception staff that one of the elevators seemed broken as it was constantly out of service. A technician would always briefly get it running, but it would fail again shortly after. At one point, the elevator broke down completely while we were inside, and we were trapped for 10 minutes before being rescued. We received absolutely NO apology and NO compensation whatsoever!!!!Noise, Entertainment, and Clientele:While we had a normal experience with the staff, the hotel is visibly catered almost exclusively to Russian clientele. The evening entertainment for small children was a total failure—the exact same show was repeated every second day, to the point where even the kids were completely bored.The biggest issue, however, was the night noise. The hotel is built in a U-shape, which acts as a perfect amplifier for sound. All the loud entertainment took place by the main pool right in the center of the complex. The shouting of drunk guests and wild teenagers echoed through the entire hotel until 3:00 AM, making it impossible to sleep. I completely fail to understand why the hotel does not host these loud events in their dedicated areas away from the rooms, such as their amphitheater.     AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

    I’m absolutely appalled they can even call it a five star hotel! The staff on arrival was so rude I asked them where I can get some milk for my daughters. They told me the bar is closed and I need to go to the shop. He said there’s a shop over the road go buy some. I asked for the WiFi password they told me I had to pay for it. Considering what I paid to be there I wasn’t expecting to then pay more for WiFi!My room was filthy. The mirror had splats all over it. The floor was covered in sand. I then switched the light on from my room to be cleaned the next day. It wasn’t done so I went to reception and complained.The morning after we arrived, my phone was ringing at 9 am which woke us all up to go for a meeting with the loveholidays excursion man. We were not at this meeting for the time that they asked he then followed me round all day to go meet him harassing me to go speak to him. I then finally went to see him and I booked a pirate boat ship with him for me and my daughter. The excursion looks absolutely nothing like what he sells I was extremely disappointed. I tried to complain to him when I got back and told him there is nothing on that boat like what he said that my daughter could do and he laughed in my face and walked off. There is a AWFUL smell by the slides that absolutely stunk of sewers. The smell was disgusting. The smell was there every day.They have signs up to tell you the entertainment starts at 9 pm at the theatre around by slides so we waited there the for the entertainment to start it was pitch Black and no one was around I then heard loads of music coming from by the hotel we walked back round and the entertainment was right next to the swimming pool which was not safe for my children to go dance and play due to their age. This entertainment happened there every night. 9 pm is extremely late considering this is a family hotel. I have two children. I thought I would try going to the beach at the hotel advertises. I was in complete shock when I got to the beach. There was a sewer pipe running into the water which explains a smell by the pool. There was plastic everywhere and people trying to get the plastic out the water.The noise in the hotel is unbelievable. I have videos of people above me making so much racket that woke me up every morning. There were people down by the pool until 1 o’clock in the morning every night being extremely loud. I went on holiday to try and relax, but this was literally the holiday from hell. I’ve had the worst experience I’ve ever had on a holiday! I even looked at flights to come home because we hated it so much. I complained to guest relations and she was rude also and told me what would you like me to do? The food in the hotel is absolutely disgusting. I think I went out and bought food every day and had meals out with my children because it was the same thing over and over in the restaurant. Even the staff members in the restaurant are so rude everyone is constantly barging past you. I then had to make another complaint to reception because yet again, I asked my room to be cleaned and it wasn’t done. I even have a picture of the state of my bin overflowing because my room wasn’t being cleaned. The wait for the lift is ridiculous also in this hotel to get you up to your room even though there are multiple lifts in the hotel. They are extremely small and you’re waiting a good 5/10 minutes per lift. I had a pram so had no choice but to use the lift. I will also be leaving a bad review on a trip visor. This hotel is definitely not a five star and I’m absolutely appalled You can even sell this holiday at a five star rate!     Absolutely awful, don't waste your money coming here!

    The hotel is nice ,but more attention needs to be taken to the cleaning of bedrooms & bathrooms .most of the staff are rude or don't care .spoke with guest services with our complaints & she said, "What do you want me to do !! The food is not good ,hot food in the main restaurant is always cold & stands for hours.they take ages to clear tables & don't seem to clean them especially the pizza /burger cafe .the other restaurants in the hotel which we were sold in Ai aren't you have to pay ,all drinks aren't either & you have to pay 2euro for fresh orange at breakfast ect .they have coach loads of teenage kids with just teachers decend for 5days complety taking over,running wild.running up & down corridors at all hours ,messing about in lifts so you can't use them .apparently, this is a regular thing!We've gone out most days just to get away .totally ruined our holiday .The locals in nearby restaurants call it shitza hotel ..Would be lucky if I rated this hotel a 3* The location is also really bad.much nicer places to visit in alanya than here Senza Grand Santana Hotel, Satış at Senza The Inn Resort & Spa, responded to this review Dear Guest!We are very sorry that you left such an impression.
