  Cap Rocat was by far one of the best hotel experiences my husband and I have experienced yet. The property alone is breathtaking and the service is outstanding. We ate at both restaurants and had lovely meals at each. The location to Palma is convenient & the views throughout the entire property are the best. We can’t wait to come back!

  Hospitality starts at the gate – unfortunately, not at Cap Rocat

  We are currently staying at a five-star hotel here on Mallorca and decided to explore potential options for our next visit. Cap Rocat was on our list—until today.We simply wanted to have a quick look at the property to get a feel for the atmosphere. However, we were flat-out denied entry at the gate. True luxury is not just about exclusivity and stone walls. It’s about warmth, flexibility, and understanding the value of potential guests. Sadly, Cap Rocat seems to miss that point entirely.We’ll gladly spend our euros somewhere that still understands the meaning of hospitality. For us, Cap Rocat is no longer an option.

  Our stay at Cap Rocat was, without question, the most remarkable hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. From the moment you step onto the property, you’re treated with genuine warmth and an effortless sense of luxury. Every member of the staff is exceptional — friendly, attentive, and sincerely kind.A special mention goes to Leslie, who is by far the best hospitality professional we’ve ever met. Her thoughtfulness and warmth made our stay truly unforgettable.The private breakfast each morning was the perfect start to the day — peaceful, personalized, and beautifully presented. The entire experience felt as if we had our own private resort, shared only with a few other guests.While Cap Rocat is certainly a splurge, it’s easy to understand why it’s priced as it is. The level of detail, service, and tranquility is unmatched. It’s not just a hotel — it’s a destination we’ll remember for a lifetime.
