    We arrived in the middle of the night,no water in the room,nothing. We are staying in the hotel right now. It's not terrible but also not good . The sheets are filthy, towels not enough, elevator is stacked on the second floor all day. We are with 3 persons and we get 1 maybe 2 towels. I asked for extra sheets because the ' blanket ' is terrible. I have been to the reception three times. Every time they say they will bring sheets but they don't. We did not get information about the restaurant. You have to go after everything yourself. Staff in the restaurant is friendly but the reception not really. I don't know what drinks are available and if the is alcohol included. I think if they put some effort in the hotel it could be a nice hotel. Beach transfer is terrible. Too many people in a small bus.

    AVOID!!!!!! please do not come here, the pictures on this hotel is from when it first opened it's nothing like that now!! Food is vile , nothing for kids no eat, no chips n nuggets etc , no free ice-cream U have to pay, free WiFi only in reception then U need to pay for elsewhere, pools are ok but not often cleaned, little old man tried to upgrade ya room but won't take card payment only cash as it goes in his pocket, they run out of toilet roll, beer, vodka ,gin and tomato sauce so had to speak to the manager who is go miserable it's unreal, every one is foreign so not many English here, no staff cud understand stand me unless I did translation on my phone , it's really bad!! 15/7/2025 I'm still here and it's ruined my holiday and we still have a week to go 😭😭😭

    If you go with low expectations you won't be disappointed our room was spacious and clean the TV was smashed on arrival but we wouldn't of used it anyway fridge and aircon worked thank god because it was roasting 1 day water started leaking from the aircon but fixed itself somehow what let's this 3 star hotel down is the food and drinks food wasn't a massive selection and always a massive queue drinks well bar opened at 10am they had ran out by 11 am so not exactly all inclusive big shout out to the market next to the hotel very cheap and helpful and Oscars bar on the corner it has a pool which is shaded so very refreshing after sweltering all day

    I came here with my friend for one week. The staff was super friendly and helpful 🩷 Everything was easy, and we felt so welcomed. Hotel room was basic but nice, it got everything you need. Every day there were activities and music at the hotel pool area, and there was a wide variety of food — breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus snacks and drinks. The transportation to the beach and clubs also worked well. Thank you so much for making our time here the best! We will miss this place!-Tessa and Niiki

    Bad food, bad hotel and the service was bad too..yes the room was okey but not so good i can only say 1 star for this hotel...We will never come back to this.. have been to other hotel and that was much better..thanks for us!!
