Location

This beach hotel is located in the district of Kumköy, where guests will find plenty of restaurants, bars, nightlife spots and shops, as well as links to the public transport network. The hotel is 3 km from the ancient city of Side, 5 km from the centre of Manavgat and approximately 65 km from Antalya Airport.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2021. Guests have a choice of 320 non-smoking rooms located in a 6-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. At the air-conditioned resort, guests are welcomed in the lobby with -hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The resort offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (limited hours and for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Some rooms include a balcony. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be booked. Extra beds and children's beds are available at no extra charge upon request. There is also a minibar and a desk or, for an additional fee, a safe. Equipped with a direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels, a radio and WiFi, the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Guests can also make use of the cleaning service on departure. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 4 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The complex offers outdoor sports, including bocce, beach volleyball and archery or, for a fee, paragliding. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy motorboat rides, banana boat rides, sailing, catamaraning and diving. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Third-party operators offer beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a bar and a lobby bar. Catering is provided by 2 buffet and à-la-carte restaurants (equipped with high chairs for children and air conditioning). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. For breakfast (continental), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for dinner). Children's meals and halal food can be prepared on request. The resort also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Perfect hotel but a warning if you want to visit the hairdresser

    Perect hotel!Everything is perfect (food, sunbeds, beach, transport to beach) Space in general is great (enough sunbeds, enough dining space, enough space in lobby). All personal is super friendly.I certainly will visit again.One warning though if you would like to visit the hairdresser. To call it a scam might be a bit to harsh. But when you visit for a €10 haircut, he sneaky tries to sell you additional 'services' like ear and nose wax, ear-clean, masks, etc without being very clear about additional pricing (a kind of Turkish/German language). Before you know you say yes, which might not be too bad but the problem arises when you have to pay when these additional services are in no relation to the price of the cutting. So you might end up paying more than €30. This does not feel Ok. Not to blame the hotel for the hairdresser but be prepared!

    We travelled as a family of 4 from the UK with children aged 13 and 15. Although the hotel was mainly German this was quite an experience to not have the typical Brit vibe. In fact it was very chilled. The entertainment staff were fab as were all the restaurant and bar staff. They were all so friendly funny and welcoming. Lots of activities . It really made our holiday. Music is great around the poolside and we just loved the 10 am wake up song even though in German it was very catchy and we would end up singing along to what we thought were the words. The food is amazing. So much choice and we particularly loved the jacket potatoes. Probably the best jacket I've ever had. Really had nothing to complain about. Entertainment staff do speak in English although I read it's all German. So many sunbeds and so many umbrellas so you will never will be without shade. Pool staff also amazing clearing up after everyone leaving their cups and plates lying about. We always took ours back as was mindful of how hard the staff work here. Shuttlebus amazing to the beach hardly ever any wait. Saw a previous post about stones on the beach. There are a few when you enter the sea but depends where you enter but seriously nothing to complain about and it's also all inclusive at the beach for food and drink which is fab. As for watching the sunset yes the last bus is 6.30 but just get a taxi back it's hot in the heat yes with kids but must be only around 5 min taxi ride. Take a trip to side town is a must not far and so pretty seeing the ruins and so many shops and restaurants. Trying to think of what else. Kids like the water slides onsite as did I and the pool is not cold at all probably the warmest I've experienced as is the sea. Rooms are lovely. Cleaned everyday. The only thing I would say is you can smell a sewer smell at times and the drinks are a bit sweet but it's standard these days for most all inclusive as I've experienced. But overall a fabulous holiday with such welcoming staff. Oh yes also if you like football head down the road to the right to Zeus bar. They had games in German but when found out where we were from they put on UK football. Lovely food and welcoming too that we popped down just for a drink quite a few times. Lovely family run business who we were happy to give our custom too. Hope this helps to anyone considering this hotel.

    Some fantastic elements to the resort- food and pools. Food for everyone. We loved the lunch near the pool. Ice cream and waffles at 3-4pm were a huge hit! Staff worked hard and it was kept very clean. Good atmosphere around the pool. The resort is mostly catered to Germans in terms of evening shows etc. I think I only heard one other English speaking family whilst we were there. I quite liked it though as you could zone out when you don’t understand the language and chill. No sunbed wars. The communal areas are a bit dated and the room we were in was very small for 2 adults and a teen. I think we we’re unlucky with our room as we requested s pool view but got one overlooking a road with a brick wall balcony, which when sitting down was at least a foot higher than my head.

    Very much catered for German people with occupancy being around 90%. Staff mainly speak German.Staff friendliness/Helpfulness mixed. Previous experiences in Turkey much higher in other Hotels than found in Side Mare. Especially the reception staff who are less than helpfull.Wifi drops on and off throughout the day.Cleanliness of Hotel very good.Good pool and beach area.Entertainment very poor.

    I read hotel reviews and came across good and bad comments. But I've experienced so many good things to disprove the bad reviews. I've never had such a good time. It was a really fun holiday. foods are good. The hotel view is beautiful. and especially if it wasn't for the animation team this hotel would be very quiet. They took us on a disco tour. I had so much fun. The animators are very close friends. and they took care of us at the disco. And I've never seen such a crazy team. For a while I wanted to be an animator. They are very energetic. I want to come again in the middle of this year. thanks
