  This hotel is not for English Tourists, l am staying here at present and the whole affair is a horrid nightmare! Been here 4 days already and only today 3 of the five water slides started to work! The reception is very unfriendly except for Irina who is very elegant and tries her best. This hotel is strictly for Russians and a sprinkling of Germans. The food is unimaginative with bits of different things floating in a thin broth. No toast bread at breakfast. The chips are ok the staff in restaurant are more friendly and do say hello.The Beach is 20 mins drive in a small bus from the 1960's l should think. It is sometimes very crowded! Of course the driver speaks only Russian. At the beach there are reasonable lounges and umbrellas.. But the hotel mentions a Beach Bar but they haven't built it yet!! I felt like l was in a Carry on Film! The drinks on the all inclusive plan are dreadful, of course Whisky and Vodka ( Russian drinks).I would say only one nice thing about the hotel it is keep very clean , the toilets in public areas are spectacular!I blame my holiday firm Love Holidays for not saying the hotel is not suitable for English guests. One last thing Alot of smoking everywhere. Avoid this Hotel!

  This hotel is completely focused on Russian tourists. Staff address you in Russian by default, even if you are clearly not Russian. Around the pool, unbearably loud music is played all day long – mostly Russian songs. What shocked me most is that in today’s context of Russia’s war against Ukraine, they even blasted Russian propaganda songs like “Matushka Zemlya” and “Ya Russkiy”. Hearing such music felt deeply offensive and completely inappropriate in 2025.On top of that, the behavior of the restaurant administrator was beyond disrespectful. During dinner, when there were no free tables in the restaurant, I sat down at a nearby table outside to quietly eat. While I was eating, the administrator came up, took my plate away from me without a word, and carried it off. Apparently, eating at that table was “forbidden” – but nobody had told me. When I explained that there were no seats available inside, he refused to listen and walked away. I was left shocked, humiliated, and without dinner.It is outrageous that a person like this is employed in a customer-facing role. Such treatment of guests is absolutely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one that claims to be international.If you are from Lithuania or anywhere else in Europe, avoid this hotel at all costs. It is not a place for civilized travelers.

  We stayed at Side Yesilöz Hotel for a week with an all-inclusive package and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and spacious, and the wide variety of food options made it easy to find something delicious that suited our tastes.There are also various services available at the hotel, one of which we highly recommend – Attila Photographer, located in the hotel yard. Not only does he take professional photos with great support during the shoot, but he also offers a personalized tour to scenic spots of your choice. This way, you get beautiful photos and a private excursion in one! The prices are very flexible and affordable.A shuttle bus conveniently takes you to the beach, so you don’t have to worry about transportation. Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation at Side Yesilöz Hotel and would definitely recommend it!

  Every single negative review is on point – you're gonna ruin your vacation

  This was our first trip to Turkey and our expectations were very low after reading the reviews here, however, even with that point of view we struggled to have any good times here. Staff is awful. Most of them don't care about you and they'll get furious if you ask them anything. Also, they don't do their job properly – plastic cups keep falling off their trays every few steps, bartenders are as rude as they can be, only a few workers were nice enough to at least say hello back to you.You'll probably get the worse room than you asked for. We got a smaller and cheaper one than paid for, and only the next day they put us into a better room. There was no water for an hour when we arrived, AC barely works, dust is everywhere, there were no drinking water in the room, no blanket, furniture is broken.We aren't picky eaters (I could eat baked eggs for an entire week), but the food here was awful even for us. Only the main meals are edible (sometimes). However, there were plenty of fruits and salads that kept us alive for most of the time.All inclusive drinks are a JOKE. All drinks are watered down, served in tiny plastic cups that aren't even filled to the top. I wanted to have a few beers over the week, so ended up buying them from the shop near the hotel and bringing them to the room.The beach is sandy, not rocky, and this is the only positive thing about this hotel. The bus is overcrowded most of the time.The area around the pool is overcrowded thorough the day and every single seat is taken. Even when we took a seat, our towel got stolen for some reason.What kept our positivity up was various sightseeings and trips that we took thorough the week. Honestly, I would never go back here even if the stay would be free.

  The hotel is not bad, but the staff does not try at all to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Nobody's smiling. Instead of a standard room, he was accommodated in an economy room, because there is no place to stay because of overbooking. Changed the number to standard the next day. There is not even a window in that room, there are no black out curtains, there is only a balcony door with a blind. The air conditioner blows directly into the bed. The bathroom has no shelf or countertop around the sink, so you have to store your cosmetics in the room. One plus is that it was quiet. The food hasn't changed in 8 days: hearty goulash, mackerel, chicken, French fries and rice, and pasta. Soups are not edible, and desserts are not wow. In the restaurant, the air conditioner works so weakly that you are all wet by the time you eat. a huge minus is that there is no normal coffee anywhere, because coffee is not drunk even in the bar. The selection of drinks in the bar is very poor, it takes at least 8 minutes to drive to the beach and you will be lucky if you can sit down. Finding a free lounger by the pool is mission impossible. It's so nice that they are all occupied even at night, and the staff doesn't like it, because there are even 2 people on duty at the door of the restaurant to make sure no one takes anything away. So many people have to eat lunch in 1.5 hours. I have never seen such a schedule anywhere. There was no thought of leaving a tip, because there was absolutely nothing for it, except for Ali, who does all the most difficult work, welcomes and escorts guests, carries suitcases. The hotel staff was very disappointing.
