    Unique in the best way possible accommodation. Fulfilling my fiancées dreams of staying in the fairy chimney cave which has exceeded her expectations.     只建議用膳,不建議入住- 我們住了 3 天 2 晚期間完全沒有清潔。 對方說法是強風導致清潔牌掉到地上,所以沒有清潔。 -前台處理方式態度不專業,且不斷更改說法(一開始說我們可能掛了do not disturb, 再後來又說強風導致掛牌掉地上,WhatsApp 聯絡了我們,再問Cap screen 拿聯絡證據時,才改口說是打了電話沒有WhatsApp) -要求前台經理與我們對話,結果到離開酒店也沒有人找,問前台也沒有人知道發生什麼事。-房間旁邊裝修,酒店也沒有跟我們說,每次出門都是塵土飛揚想看夜景的話,晚上只要吃晚餐即可。不要入住了,用這麼貴的價錢買難受。Only recommended for dining, not for staying.- We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and there was absolutely no cleaning. They said strong winds caused the “do not disturb/cleaning sign” to fall to the ground, so no cleaning was done. - The front desk’s handling was unprofessional, and they kept changing their explanation: first they suggested we may have put the sign incorrectly/left a “do not disturb” sign up; later they said the strong winds caused the sign to fall; they claimed they contacted us via WhatsApp; and when we asked for contact proof from the cap screen, they changed their story again and said they had called, not WhatsApp. - We asked to speak with the front desk manager. However, even until we left the hotel, no one contacted us, and when we asked the front desk, no one seemed to know what had happened. - There was construction/renovation next to our room, but the hotel did not inform us. Every time we went out, it was full of dust.If you want to enjoy the night view, you only need to have dinner in the evening—don’t stay overnight. Don’t pay such a high price to end up feeling uncomfortable. Our Housekeeping (HK) team checks all room doors daily, and rooms are serviced only when a “Please Clean” sign is visible. If a “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed, a photo is taken and shared with both the HK and Front Office teams to confirm that no service has been provided.However, on April 7, no such indication was found on your door; therefore, no housekeeping service was carried out.Our Front Office team attempted to provide possible explanations to you as suggestions; however, they did not anticipate that this situation would require formal evidence to be presented.April 8:Our HK team shared a photo with the Front Office team showing that the sign you had placed on your door had fallen to the floor. (We will also share this image with you for reference.)As there was uncertainty regarding whether the room should be serviced, the team decided that the guest should first be contacted. Our Front Office team attempted to reach you via phone, as this was the quickest solution; however, they were unable to reach you.Therefore, in order to respect your privacy and for security reasons, no entry was made to your room.At this point, we acknowledge that multiple attempts should have been made to contact you. Due to operational intensity, it appears that this was attempted only once. Please be assured that the necessary warnings have been given to the relevant teams regarding this matter.Our Front Office team informed you that your room could still be cleaned promptly, even at 6:00 PM. However, we understand that you preferred not to proceed at that time. Although we intended to compensate for the delay, we fully understand your decision given the inconvenience you experienced.Please also note that room assignments for HK staff are not fixed. They are arranged daily by the HK supervisor based on operational needs, which explains the information provided by our reception team.Regarding your concerns:Our HK team members are experienced staff who have been working with us for at least 5–6 years and have been carefully selected. This situation was not intentional and is considered an operational issue influenced by external conditions.Our Front Office team made efforts to explain and assist; however, we understand that this may not have been sufficient due to your dissatisfaction at the time. Necessary feedback has been given, and we sincerely apologize for this experience.Unfortunately, front office manager (Fom) was in another meeting at that moment and was unable to meet you before your departure. Fom returned to the hotel as soon as possible, but by the time Fom arrived, you had already left.Resolution:Following this situation, necessary warnings have been issued to both HK and Front Office teams. To prevent similar incidents in the future, we have initiated a process to replace the current room signage system, and this has already been approved.General Information:As you may recall, the weather conditions during your stay were quite unfavorable. As our hotel operates in a boutique cave concept, external factors such as wind and rain may cause door signs to fall. This is not unique to our property and may also occur in other open-structure hotels in the Cappadocia region.Once again, on behalf of myself and my team, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and assure you that necessary measures have been taken to prevent recurrence.Thank you for your understanding.Best regards,Serap Koç AkçiçekHotel Manager

    Location is perfect. Terrace is just mind blowing, service is great, food is delicious. It is a great choice to stay or pass by the restaurant. Sunrise and sunset are really beautiful!     We stayed here 4 nights and what an amazing experience! Everything from beginning to end was next level - the welcome, the check-in, our room, the restaurant, the rooftop bar, daily breakfast, location and staff! Next level service and an absolute WOW experience! Just perfect! The room - oh my word, huge and cosy and so authetic - the decor was well thought through and every little detail contributed to the whole look and made us feel so at home! Everything was neat, tidy and super clean! The bathroom with the gorgeus bath and superior amenities was just awsome. Our comfort needs were definitely met in every single imaginable way! Loved the free gift and bottle of wine! The staff was SO friendly and helpful! Nothing we asked for was ever a problem. Literally minutes or mere seconds later you'd have your request fulfilled - mind blown! Their attention to detail was totally unexpected and so much appreciated! The daily breakfast was amazing! You could order whatever you like from a hot food menu and also help yourself to the typical Turkish breakfast buffet. We tried different things each morning but could not work our way through all the options after our 4 night stay - so much choice and fariety and everything presented fresh and lovely! The selection of fresh juices were amazing - probably about 6 - 8 different juices! We could even order barrista coffee - SO good! The staff was very attentive and checked on us all through our meal to see if we needed anything. We enjoyed our breakfast experience so much we'd just linger with another coffee at our sunny corner table, enjoying the amazing view! Would definitely recommend the menemen; Turkish eggs like you've never had it - absolutely delicious! We also enjoyed a lunch and some room service from the restaurant - absoltuely fantastic! The food is AMAZING! It is a Michelin restaurant by the way and we could see why!We arranged a private day trip of the surrounding area and this was just really fantastic! Lived up to and exceeded all our expectations! So glad we did that! (Will review separately)This hotel was the highlight of our accommodation in Turkey and definitely worth the splurge. We've paid so much more for "splurge" accommodation before and some were real let downs. This hotel however was worth every single cent and exceeded all our expectations!
